Hotel Lima - Adults Recommended

Second stay this year so it must be good, we like the central location which is a short stroll to the beach and maybe a 10 minute walk up into the old town. Facilities are good and the staff are very helpful including an early check in on the day of arrival.

I asked for a high floor but ended up on the first floor, the only issue can be external noise and I did hear one guest complaining about it but it doesn't really bother us and you can ask for a room on the quieter side of the hotel when you book. The hotel is central which means it's in the middle of town.

We loved the everything, the hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are comfortable and immaculate and have everything you need. The shower is great too. The rooftop pool and bar is gorgeous, and you can see a great sunset from there. The staff were all lovely and helpful, we delayed for our 10th Wedding anniversary and we were given vouchers for the complimentary drinks at the bar which was really nice. We would definitely return.

Everything was fantastic, the only thing that could of made it slightly better was if the rooftop bar opened a bit earlier than 1pm.

The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars but also the beach. We were in the perfect place to walk between the old town, the beach and the bars. The hotel was much nicer than I expected - I think the pictures on booking.com actually don't do it justice! It felt very clean and high spec, and the rooms were kitted out really nicely. The rooftop area is great in the evening, the breakfast was superb - what you'd expect in an all inclusive big resort - and the staff were all super friendly, smiley and helpful. We had a great stay and I'd recommend it to friends and family if they were ever visiting. The hotel also sorted out airport transfers for us.

The bedroom we had was very loud at night due to the restaurant over the road - people sat outside eating and then when they put all the chairs and tables away, or with people leaving nearby bars. It might be different higher up or on another side. Perhaps ask to be higher up as we were floor 3. The bed was also much firmer than I'm used to, and I actually hurt my arm one night after sleeping on it it was so hard.

Staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful on arrival. Gave us excellent guidance to local parking. We were pleased with our room, very modern. Sadly another guest was causing problems at the hotel, but the reception and night staff were excellent in resolving the issues and we were very grateful.

Never visited Marbellla before and would not again, it was not what we were expecting having visited 4 other Spanish cities before arriving there. This was not in any way the hotel’s fault! It was quite a noisy area during our stay. However, if you know Marbella and choose this hotel you will have a very comfortable, clean stay and If you encounter the same staff you will get a lovely welcome.

Perfect central position close to the Old Town and the promenade. All three rooms we had were comfortable and had contemporary stylish decor. My husband and I had a larger room with a balcony. My mother and sister in law had smaller internal rooms for single person use which had a window into a central space. There were complementary toiletries and kettle/ coffee machine. We enjoyed the breakfast and there was a great selection on offer. We booked the hotel transfer, the driver was punctual , courteous and drove safely. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is great, at less than 2 minutes walking you are at the sea, the other way in less than 5 minutes walking you are at all the old town pedestrian zone, plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel, even though I need to say, if you are close to the hotel at midday is pretty recommendable to buy the lunch package they offer because the price is amazing and the food as well. The service at this hotel in general is of high quality. All people attend with professionalism. If you are celiac and has lactose intolerance like me, no worries, they will have plenty of option for you and the quality of the buffet breakfast is super good, I used the breakfast and every other day the lunch at the restaurant because of its quality and price. The hotel doesn't have parking but they have a parking close by where you can park your car at walking distance. The beds and the space at the rooms is amazing, keep in mind is a fully renovated hotel so is brand new.

The location was brilliant if you want to be in the centre of things, v close to the old town and to the beach. The service was very good, especially at reception, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean.

I was a bit disappointed on arriving to find that the terrace off the room we booked looked out onto flats and was permanently in the shade. The receptionist responded brilliantly to my comment and moved us to the 7th floor which has a much better view. So if you want a terrace, book on the 6th floor or above (room 706 was fab). Also, some parasols on the roof top terrace would be good

Really lovely hotel, friendly staff and a fantastic location. The room was spacious for a single occupancy and the Aircon was fantastic. Loved the rooftop bar and the drinks were really reasonable!

I was in a single occupancy room, the room was spacious but is in need of a small chest of drawers to put items in as wardrobe was small. The pad to indicate whether I wanted room service was not working so was unable to put on do not disturb. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely decor throughout the hotel, super friendly staff every single one of them! Perfect location, have been to Marbella a number of times and Hotel Lima is easily the most perfectly located hotel. 2 minute walk to the Old Town, 2 minute walk to the Port, 5 mins to the Golden Mile.

Very minor, but there was a few marks on the paint on the walls in the room, of course to be expected with wear and tear but that’s literally the only fault I can think of.

I stayed here last week for 4 nights with my sister. It's in a great location just a few minutes from the beach. The room was lovely and clean with comfy beds and a good size bathroom. We loved the coffee machine and the water cartons which were replaced every day. We paid a little extra for a balcony which I would recommend as we enjoyed our morning coffee and a drink at night there. There are lots of trees outside and we enjoyed watching the swifts every morning. We can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar for a lovely cocktail. The pool was very cold but refreshing.
