Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella - Adults Only Recommended

Everything was excellent

Small things, like the shower close to the pool was making noise, they didnt fix it even i let them know, small reparation on the pool edge the water evacuation grill was broken, the maintenance guy came to fix it, but the reparation didnt last 1 day. Things that i cant blame the hotel, like a crowd of british hoolingans was very noisy by the pool, also our arabs neighbor were fighting were speaking verey very load listen the music at tge max at 6 am

Excellent staff, too bad it's not helped by more flexible rules. On vacation, it's not very pleasant to be stressed by rigid rules!

The bed is too small and everything is plastic, mattress, blanket, pillow, etc. The smell from the grill is very strong in the balcony after 20.00! Rules like: why use your personal towel on the beach hammock are too profit oriented. Nothing has changed since 2019 ...!

The hotel was just fab.. Great breakfast set up and dinner in restaurant was beautiful.. Lovely atmosphere through the hotel and the staff went over and beyound to be very helpful.. Rooms were a nice size and very clean.. Hotel is in a great location to great restaurants and close to the old town.. We were on honeymoon and we both loved our stay xxx

Check in could've been a little more special considering the amount it costs to stay.. We have stayed in a few adult only hotels and were made feel very special.. We were on our honeymoon and it was just like checking into a normal hotel.. This just let it down a wee hit for me..

What a great hotel. On arrival we were greeted with a room upgrade onto the 7th floor, with views directly over the beach to the Med. Room was a great size for a couple with balcony and some nice design details. The bed was super comfortable. The resort has both a large pool area with food and drink service, and a beach club. Both are excellent. Breakfast featured a very large range of choice, and dinners at the beach club were great quality. The hotel has a tonne of cool style, without a hint of stuffiness, but with a large dose of friendliness. The hotel is very closely located to centre of Marbella which suited us perfectly. One particular highlight is the rooftop bar - stunning views, great drinks and good music. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxury beach club with relaxed vibes and without Ibitha style mayhem.

There was nothing about our stay that we did not like.

Breakfast was very excellent. Enough beach chairs for guests even though it was high season. Easy to order food everywhere on the property. Easy walk to old town. Food at the beach bar very good. Enjoyed a free yoga class one morning.

Beach area in front of hotel very small. Hot tub was not hot - small difference between pool temp and tub. Sea very cold so would have nice to have place to warm up. Heavy scents sprayed throughout hotel too intrusive, some people may have allergies/reactions. Would have been nice to be able to carry a cup of coffee up to the room after breakfast. Music everywhere inside and out may not be everyone's cup of tea. Catering to a young, hip crowd, at least in theory.

A very enjoyable stay in an hotel with high quality service and great staff. The breakfast was superb and the location on the beach, with included and very comfortable sun beds was excellent.

Only two points, but first is only a caution. The double room we booked was small with no balcony. However, it was what we booked and with the space and facilities was perfectly adequate.. You might want to consider booking larger rooms however. The second is the constant need for backgound music beats. In such a lovely hotel, it is not needed in my view. But very minor.

The hotel is in a great location for access to the old town and beach. The staff were super helpful & friendly & seemed to enjoy their jobs (always happy and smiling). It looks fabulous, very nicely decorated. I didn't eat at the hotel for dinner but the bar snacks and drinks service through the day were excellent. The complimentary pool/beach towels are great. The breakfast was great - loads of options and good quality too.

The only thing was the constant door slamming from neighbouring rooms, especially during the day when the maid service are working and people are coming and going. Some soft close mechanisms for the room doors would help with that

Great location with modern funky interiors. Good beach club, very comfy beds and lovely beach restaurant with DJ in the afternoon. Early evening in the rooftop bar with amazing views - also with live music. Nice breakfast,good selection but could be doing with two fruit stations as it was often queued.

There was no berries at breakfast On second day our room key stopped working every time we left the room so we were constantly having to go to reception to sort it. Third day they told us it was because they hadn’t taken payment at checkin although I’d given my cc. That was annoying but we got nice bottle of bubbly as apology. I would like a rug in the room as they seem a bit cold. Also not a fan of the open plan bathroom.

the friendly inobstrusive staff .the attentiveness to detail of the cleaning staff.We enjoyed the ability to sit and enjoy some snacks and drinks in the Amare club. we alsoloved having an afternoon siesta ! we also had fun watching the entertainers round the pool on the day we arrived (Friday 16th June )

this is more difficult to think off, however as a vegetarian I found it difficult to have a choice of what I could eat . Salads came with fish or meat . Most of the menu was suted to non -vegetarian customers.

The hotel is beautiful with a great location on the beach and close to the old town. The staff was amazing. The room is small but quite comfortable. Most of the rooms face sideways to the beach, not directly facing the beach.

My only complaint is that it is located on a very busy main road with LOTS of noise. It makes it impossible to relax on your room terrace with a cup of tea, or a glass of wine. Loud motorcycles, loud trucks, and constant traffic. Even at 2 am. SO loud that I could not even have a cell phone conversation. Because of this, I would not stay again. The last thing that I want on a vacation is living on a highway.
