The location suited us although it’s about 20 minutes walk to port. The Italian restaurant bar was lovely. Pool area great. Facilities for cycling excellent.

Rooms a bit dated Could be a bit cleaner too We did have to buy a couple of basic kitchen utensils

Lovely pool overlooked by our balcony so the kids could play in it without us having to accompany them. The kids also enjoyed the table tennis and pool table. Fantastic breakfast...lots of choice. The evening meal was also good value and good quality with lots of choice. We ate in the restaurant 4 times. Lovely apartment with basic but very adequate kitchen facilities, comfy beds and great shower and even a utility area for drying clothes.. The property was well laid out and had enough space. Also very good car parking facilities. The accommodation was a short walk into town and there was a very good supermarket between the property and town which was very handy. The whole thing was perfect for our needs.

The only slight improvement I can suggest is the provision of larger drinking vessels (cups / glasses) both in the self catering kitchen and at the buffet. I looked forwards to a full mug of tea on return from the holiday.

This is our second stay as a family at Hotel Duva and we are equally pleased with the location, facilities, and last but not least, with the very friendly and professional staff, to name a few: Pau the restaurant maitre and Luciano the children entertainer. As our eldest has summarised it, four stars is not enough, they deserve a fifth one. We have just left and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent staff, particularly the mythical Pau, one if the waiters at the restaurant, who was extremely nice and helpful. We very much appreciated his directions around the island and tips and he was very friendly with our little ones. Also the sicilian animator at the pool and facilities Luciano, who was very happy to know our next holiday destination will be his natal Palermo. Luciano was also very flexible and accommodating with our needs, friendly and useful. The rest of the staff was very friendly too. The hotel is well located, 15 minutes walk to the beach. My wife and children loved the 10 days we spent there and cannot wait to come back and enjoy the hotel and the nice and friendly people.

The apartments were very pleasant and comfortable. Happy with the value for money considering peak season. Good pool, nice atmosphere & grounds.

Loud evening "entertainment" most nights was intrusive. (The hokey cokey etc. Pretty cheesy stuff if you just want to relax on the balcony). We had a car, but it's quite a long way to shops or beach if you're on foot. Cutlery / crockery wasn't particularly clean. The free wifi is really poor, we didn't try the paid version.

We arrived at the start of the season, so the hotel was very quiet - which suited us. Popular with cyclists, so we had the pool to ourselves during the day. On-site restaurant was really good - we got a 10% off card from reception for this. Puerto Pollenca is just over a mile away, so definitely within walking distance for all the bars and restaurants.

My parents were, initially, given a room that was upstairs and facing a building site. The toilet was very dirty. They went to reception the next morning and the problem was sorted - they were given a ground floor room facing the pool. Really well handled by management.

Very good apartment with enough space for 4 of us. the receptionist was absolutely lovely when we arrived even at 11:30pm ish. super helpful. Apartments are only a 10 minute walk from the beach and that’s with 2 lazy kids in toe. Indoor pool was great and we booked it in case the weather was bad as went end of October so the outdoor pools were fresh to say the least. tennis was great €10 for an hour for all four of us including rackets and balls which the kids loved. Port de Pollenca is fantastic loads to do and beautiful beaches.

Not a lot really. Shower could be more powerful but was very happy all in all.

Great location . Good range of facilities - a variety of pools - outside and inside . Spa facilities which were included and gym . Paid extra for tennis and classes . Friendly staff . Fab location and supermarket 10 mins walk

Nothing - apart from sofa beds were quite hard . Beds in main bedroom were good . Perhaps a couple of mugs and some scissors in the kitchen

the pictures on the website made me believe the apartments would be bigger so was a little disappointed initially that they weren’t bigger. the pool was freezing cold - it would be good if one of them was slightly heated at this time of the year

Great location for biking with fantastic facilities for those travelling with two wheels; nice swimming pools; very clean; great restaurant (Giravolta) on site. Good sports/ gym offer.

Entertainment was a bit loud in the evening; not enough to keep us awake, but enough to disturb young children.
