The airport shuttle was NOT available 24/7. We had to be at airport at 4:30. Shuttle commenced at 0500. Tried to confirm this prior to booking but was invited to ask questions of the property AFTER booking the room. Misleading on Booking.com part.

Stayed there before we like the hotel. The room we had this time was very noisy.we were staying for a week, some only stay one two nights think need to look more who's staying longer lots of early morning flights people getting up. We stayed in 407. Before 120 ithink grass out back no one walking past door all hours in night. Other than that very good. Wont put me off staying again. Pool facilities good.

The shuttle finished at midnight so we had to get a taxi as we arrived at 11.30 pm and were not out in time The next day we had to go back to the airport to pick up a hire car but we’re not allowed to use the shuttle as it is only for people catching a flight . I think this is wrong and should be advertised at booking as using taxis both way made the hotel uneconomical for us

The hotel is comfortable and modern, the room we had was a good size with a nice shower room, TV and a fridge. The pool is a nice place to relax at, and has seating outside. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant! The shuttle bus to the airport was very handy in the morning. Overall, a good place for a short stay!

There is no tea/coffee maker in the room or some cups, so that was missing for me. The location from the beach is about 20 mins walk, so it’s not the closest to it.

Only stayed one night but loved the peaceful atmosphere (seemed like a good family place with kids playing). Great that the reception was open all night so I could check in late. And good wifi, comfy bed.

They told me you have to book the free airport shuttle at the reception, but not that you have to do it one day in advance, if you book the same day they'll still take you to the beach or train station but not to the airport. Other guests walked past right outside the window so didn't feel super private. Shower was mostly nice and warm but randomly went cold and back again several times.

Stayed at hotel Zen for a short 3 night break, 5/7-8/7. The staff, ranging from the front of desk to the cleaners were all very friendly and polite. 10 minute journey from the airport using the free shuttle bus, was a smooth process, simply called the hotel upon exiting passport control and within 15 minutes the minibus had collected us. Our room was clean, and everything that we required was provided. We had 2 single beds pushed together but this did not bother us....i actually had a better nights sleep 😀 beds were reasonably comfy, air conditioning was suffucient and cooled the room down enough. We had a balcony that had a clothes airer and a fixed table and chairs with a sea view which was nice. Location is fine if you dont mind jumping on a bus/taxi/free shuttle (airport and beach) or walking, somebody with mobility issues could possibly struggle a little due to the hill its located on. 5 minute walk to bus stop at bottom of the hill and less than 10 minute bus ride into torremelinos for around €3 for 2 of us. Taxi from toremelionos was around €10. 20 minute walk down to playa de los alamos beach from the hotel, its quite the hill but the hotels free shuttle service that runs to and from the beach is definitely welcome for the return, especially when very hot. We had breakfast included and was a sufficient amount and selection, including bacon, omelette, cold meats and cheeses, cereal etc. We also had lunch on the day we were leaving and both of us had the grilled sandwiches which there was plenty of and tasty. The 12 o clock check out was very welcome especially as our flight wasnt until 2230, free courtesy shower provided which was clean and also a safe place that was locked to leave baggage until leaving. All in all i would reccommed hotel zen airport if your wanting value for money, obviously if your after 5 star luxury then there are better suited hotels.

The free shuttle (set times from 5am only) & proximity to the airport was the most important for me as had an early flight the next day. Room was functioning & clean. About 20 mins walk to the closest beach or hotel shuttle is also available.

Not an easy walk with a suitcase from the La Colina stop.

we booked the hotel because it offers an airport shuffle, however please be aware that the shuttle only operates every two hours and it did not fit into our schedule, so we needed to take a taxi. On saying that, the taxi was there very quickly, having been booked by the hotel, and it is only a short ride from the hotel to the airport.

Hotel is situated a bit far from the center of Torremolinos. Neighborhood is quieter than if it would be nearer to the center. There are a couple of hotels and a hostel nearby. There is one shop with really good opening hours nearby and some bigger shops are about one kilometer away. Nearest train station is also about one kilometer away. The best part is that you get free transport from and to airport. You can also book a free transport to and from the nearest beach. I think you can get a free transport to the train station, but we didn't try that. The room itself is nice and clean and there is a bathroom. There is a small fridge in the room. The best part was the pool. On a hot summer day the water was actually hot! Otherwise it was refreshingly cool. Rooms were cleaned every day and all places were clean. Service were mostly nice and polite, when we speaked in Spanish.

Because we stayed for five nights and during the summer days were really hot, so we would have needed a laundry machine. Now we had to do what we could to clean our sweaty clothes in the room and reuse them as best as we could. The staff left me an impression that they don't want to speak other than Spanish, even when they do advertise a large list of languages being spoken. Maybe it was just one isolated case, but once I felt being treated in an ice cold manner, when I spoke with them in English. Maybe they had a really bad day or something, but it left a bit sour taste in my mouth. Otherwise the experience was really positive.

It was a pity that I could only have a plastic glass from the bar to my room and breakfast could have had more variety.
