The location, gym/sauna, and breakfast were all excellent. Also the children's playroom and games (table football and ping pong) were a nice touch. Comfortable beds/bedding and excellent soundproofing in the room too. Breakfast boxes for early check outs were much appreciated too. All in all - we had a great stay. The positives far outweigh any negatives and we'd definitely stay again.

While the room was clean, some of the common areas (especially staircases) could have been cleaner (although I don't think too many people take the stairs so probably not a priority). Front desk staff were a bit mixed - some very friendly and helpful, others seemed disinterested.

There was a wide choice of items for breakfast, all well presented and piping hot where applicable. The serving staff constantly topping up items when needed. The room was bright and comfortable. I really like the idea of hsving it serviced only when I deemed it necessary and not on a daily baasic whether needed or not. he hotel is very central to city, bus and rail services.

I had major issued trying to book the taxi which was included in the booking. This however was not the fault of the hotel but with booking.com itself. Eventually it was solved and we really appreciated having a taxi waiting on arrival on a very wet and windy night.

The breakfast at this hotel was very good. It is an extensive buffet with quite some options. The rooms themselves are rather small, but the hotel has quite extensive facilities, including parking spots under the hotel with chargers for electric cars (need to be reserved upfront though), gaming and movie rooms for kids (my children loved it) and a spacious lobby to sit down, relax and read a book or play cards. The Jacuzzi and sauna on the top floor are also very nice (needs to be reserved upfront though, but it's included in the price). A very nice stay for the whole family.

rooms are a little bit small, but that's pretty much the only inconvenient.

Our stay at the Scandic Crowne was perfect as we attended a performance at Ullevi and location was excellent. Parking facilities were also very good and well organised. Our room with our dog was generous, comfortable and clean, with treats and doggie bags for our pet. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room which could be an improvement but there's a free coffee and tea making service in the foyer. Staff were very friendly and helpful which always makes a stay pleasurable. The breakfast choices were super and we enjoyed a wide range of options from the buffet both hot and cold. This hotel is also near the train station and easy to catch buses and trams. It is also close to a Coop and several restaurants and a park, but dogs are not allowed in the park.

The price for the room was very high 8300kroner for two nights because of the performance at the stadium- that was the only negative, but we had no choice. We would happily stay here again when prices return to normal.

The hotel is central for all you need. Bus, train, tram stops and attentions next to hotel. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Staff helped with advice on restaurants and transport. Room, we had a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. The bunk bed was fitted in to the wall. You just pulled them out!. kids was thought it was brilliant. Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Iron and ironing board in the room alone with a free room safe. Breakfast, very good choices, from full cooked breakfast to fruits, breads. Alway plenty of breakfast no matter what time you come down. To book breakfast you need to book the day before on a QR code. (make sure you have this install on your phone as you need it all over gothenburg) Definitely would stay here again

Really family friendly. During summer they setup a few play rooms and activities for kids, as well as give them free drink vouchers. Rooms were comfortable enough, kids like the bunk beds Location is good, right near central station and convenient transport. Very close to Gamla Ullevi which was convenient as we were catching an IFK game

We found the hotel quite expensive for what it was. May have been because we happened to be there while Coldplay were playing that they increased the room rates. By far the most we paid per day for a hotel in 9 cities we visited.

Great location, great friendly staff and a clean and nice hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, a lot to choose from. We needed to leave early in the morning and could come and have breakfast a little earlier. Would return most definitely 😁

I wish they would have a water kettle in the rooms and not charging 25 kr for a cup of tea for in-house guests. I also think, having a jacuzzi ( the area was very nice) you should offer bath robes and slippers. Maybe not in the rooms but to be able to request it.

This was a nice facility in a very convenient central location! The facility is clean and quiet and the staff are very pleasant and professional! It was nice to have a bar in the hotel and the breakfast was pretty good! Overall, loved the experience!

I wish there was a pool on the property.. there was only a little jacuzzi and it was occupied when we went... so it was a little awkward... plus the jacuzzi shuts off every 15 mins, which was kind of a pain..

Location: Walking distance from the train station / bus terminal, where the Flygbussarna comes from the GOT airport. Conference room: Bright, roomy space with AV equipment. Coffee & tea available all day was a plus! Breakfast: I appreciate there were gluten- & lactose-free options. Restaurant & Bar: Tasty food, cosy bar area. Unfortunately wasn't open on Sunday. Room: Very clean, as expected, including the bathroom. WiFi worked perfectly. Sauna: Nice that there is a sauna available for guests for free. It also has great views over Gothenburg. NB: the dressing room & sauna is unisex, and it is required to wear a bathing suit.

While it's great that sauna is available to guests for free, it would be nice if the hotel provided a bathrobe upon booking the sauna slot at the reception. You also need to walk in & out the dressing room through the small gym. The bathrobe could then be returned with the key you need to access sauna. Just a suggestion :-)

The hotel is located right between the train station and the football stadium, everything is right outside the door. I took a run the first night and saw most of the city. Just perfect. As usual swedish hotels outshine all other european countries. There is everything that you might want and need from drinks to the food. I love getting up in the morning knowing this hotel will give me a great start to the day. Evening food and lunch was also worth every penny.

Somewhat dark in the long hotel corridors, and also that parking cost money, but I did know that before. But other than that there is not a lot to complain about. Gym was a little bit too small for my taste maybe, if there is one other person there it feels crowded.
