Location near to town and a quite area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Very pet friendly. Good price for our stay. We had an open door to a veranda which we could sit out in. Air Con in the room. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

No English literature explaining fire drill, meal times, when room would be cleaned or things to do in the area. Hotel itself requires a bit of TLC but this did not bother us during our stay. Wi Fi was very hit and miss.

The most important was the services which were provided by staffs. They speak English very well which is helpful for international tourists, I liked the room, very warm, clean and wide. And breakfast also excellent. The location is also perfect, very close to the center, by walking 10 minutes. The property has a swimming pool, which is accessible to swim in the summer. Hakan is very very kind person, always in touch with you, and reply to your messages, questions quickly. And help you also properly, which I appreciated most. Definitely I will back again to Dalyan, and exactly to this hotel. Because, in this trip I couldn’t catch turtles. And wanna see them in the future. Recommend for everyone, good place, affordable price and wonderful attitude!

I loved the location and the fact the hotel had a hotel dog! I was on a volunteer project building shelters for street dogs so really wasn’t looking for anything too expensive and I expected it to be a basic but honestly it was perfect! it’s surpassed my expectations on price, location and comfort I will be returning to this hotel end of Sept!

The staff were very nice. The room was great and had a great view of the pool. The breakfast was amazing The pool looked great

The toilets by the pool weren't so amazing. There were quite a few cigarettes that had accumulated in the fireplace. There weren't always staff that spoke English around.

Lovely welcoming and attentively run hotel. Very large and comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast in lovely gardens.

Only thing keeping the hotel from being 10 out of 10 is that the pool is currently a murky green colour. You could not see below the third step into the pool. They did appear to be attempting to rectify this but it never changed when we were there.

The pool area is lovely. The location is great, just a little away from the main part of town, definitely walkable for a couple in their late 30s/early 40s. Liked that it was in a quiet area. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very nice.

The wifi was poor in the rooms, great every where else. Personal preference, as I sleep on my side, my pillow was a bit too full. Bed was a good firmness, as we don't like soft worn out beds. Shower is normal European size, fine us might be tight for others.

The staff were very helpful, even negotiating prices of restaurants outside of the facility and accommodating mostly all needs. When my charger stopped working and I asked where a store was close by to get another, one staff member let me purchase his right then and there. The pool is very nice and the location was wonderful.

I had to work while there and the WiFi wasn’t very strong, so that proved difficult. The bathroom floor could have been a bit cleaner.

Wonderful friendly host family that made us feel very welcome. A beautiful, green garden with large palm trees and a well kept pool to relax. The room was spacious and tidy, beds were comfortable and we felt quite at home. Wifi worked very well. We especially enjoyed the calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Wi fi went down at 21.00 every night. Garden was untidy. A bit of a walk into town.

This hotel is just amazing. Just a little paradise, with good size rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff. We fully enjoyed our time in Dalyan. Hotel's pool is good size too.

Hotel is not very centrally located and surroundings might be dark at nights but we rented a car so did not feel it much.
