Aurasia Beach Hotel

The hotel itself was wonderful. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The location was great. The breakfast was amazing.

Guy at the beach club asked me to pay for and sponsoring his visa to Canada. I don't blame him for shooting his shot, but when I said that I couldn't do that, he was rude the rest of my stay. Very unprofessional.

Location is great, just on the beach. Breakfast is satisfactory, personnel is very good, we were checked in earlier, staff on the beach was very helpful. We had a room with front sea view which was magnificent! Furniture in the room, and room layout were comfortable.

Cleaning can be improved, especially in the restaurant. Out neighbors smoke on the balcony all the time while we do not smoke at all and that smell disturbed us so reception should take this into account and do not put smokers and non-smokers into neighboring rooms.

greatest location modern and clean well decorated snd spacious room. I needed a cot for my son and it was brought immediately good breakfast!

Perfect location

Great hotel right on the beach where you could have food and drinks from the hotel - having a private beach was great touch. For the rooms the beds were very comfy and the room was large enough for 3 of us without feeling like we were on top of each other!

As based in quite a touristy area it meant at night could be loud but that didn't bother us much as they usually lower music at midnight. As for the rooms the mirrors were also tinted which didn't help when you wanted to use them for photos or doing makeup etc...

Beautiful hotel, with clean rooms. Hotel has a nice restaurant aswell. Beach staff are excellent and very attentive, any time you need something, they are very quick to help out. Room cleaning was done daily which was much appreciated. Hotel is located in the main strip, around many good restaurants. Beach right in frint of the hotel which was good.

Very terrible Wifi, doesn’t reach any of the rooms or the beach. Had to buy my own personal data plan. Please improve wifi. We paid for 3 rooms with 2 single beds but one of the rooms we recieved was a double bed. No warning was given or compensation recieved. Night time reception staff are very rude, but day tine reception were lovely. Night time receptionists called us animals and discriminated against us due to our race Breakfast was a bit poor and lack of variety, not worth waking up for.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Although small, the view from the sea side room was wonderful. The beach is right in front of the hotel and as a resident of the hotel, a small discount is applied to your orders at the beach bar. The bar street, marina and bazaar are all a 20-25 min. walk away from the hotel and the boulevard road takes you right there so its hard to get lost.

The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom definitely needs a renovation. Apparently if you want to pay in cash for your extras upon check out, they only accept Turkish liras. Had to change euros at some market early in the morning upon check out which was not a pleasant experience.

The hotel is very nice, clean and right on the beach. There is a beach club which you can use for free (sun chairs and umbrellas) but to be honest most beach clubs in Marmaris are free as long as you drink and consume their food. The beach club was clean, well maintained but some of the staff members were rude and pushy. Also, we were told we get 10% off as guests of Aurasia but they never gave us this discount even though we had the wristbands. The cleaning staff is impeccable and so kind. The rooms are spacious and have everything you would need. Overall, I liked the hotel and it is good value for what you got.

The breakfast is ok, it could be better with more options and they should make sure to keep replenishing because if you come even 1h before breakfast is over you will have limited options. The street is very noisy so if you are a light sleeper, don't stay here. Clubs line the bottom of all the hotels on the promenade and the music is very loud. On the bright side, it doesn't go past 12/1AM.

Breakfast in the morning was lovely, the location of the property is excellent as it’s on the strip right in front of the beach. Staff are super helpful! If you’re looking for excursions you can speak to the reception staff and they can provide you with more assistance. What I would say is don’t forget to bring cash with you as you will need this to pay for some of the excursions and to give tips. Also the view from the balcony was amazing! Clear blue skies, mountains and the sea! Everything is within walking distance.

Modern clean hotel with great staff. Rooms cleaned daily. Clean beach towels, free water daily. Air conditioning and safe included at no extra cost.

Fridge wasn’t very cold More variety required at breakfast for different nationalities
