Clean, Closed to the Beach, big room, very good Spa service, very good Pool service

Very rude RESTAURANT Manager and Chef, long Waiting time for food( 45’-1 hour),not so many Option, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY to pay for food as they offer only eggs, Honey, a small piece of cheese, a small cucumber salad and sometimes some cold pastry, coffee it is horrible,and if you ask for a nice coffee, will charge you extra; even if you will paid already for breakfast included) Dinner - full of basic pasta, chicken breast grilled, smashed potatoes with some fish, Tuna salad- but you will have to look under the table to find some tuna. 😂no Turkish traditional food.

The hotel is really nice. Stuff are friendly and ready to help you anytime. As for rooms, they are modern and partly clean (partly because in hotel there are old toilets with dirt inside).

But the worst thing in this hotel is waitress in restaurant. One day we came to restaurant at 9:45 am and she said us “you’re late. we won’t serve breakfast for you”. She was so rude. All next days she ignored me and my friends.

The facility was really nice. The pool, gum and the sauna was very good. The food was decent

Food was same everyday and it would take a very long time to get food. They did not change the bedsheets, pillowcases and the duvet cover for the four days we have stayed even though I have spoken to receptionists many times.

This hotel is probably one of the few hotels iv ever stayed in that matches the advertisements and website,room was cleaned every day towels changed daily staff were freindly and welcomming and we were upgraded to a larger room that met our every need ,,shower was spacious room was well thought out ,and i know its minor but the only hotel i ever stayed in in Marmaris that the water quality did not affect my curly hair ,,,we ate in the resturant called Happily and the food was wonderful .Breakfasts were basic but if you asked for something they did try to get it for you ,,iv been going to Marmaris for 15 years and this was the nicest Hotel iv stayed in in that time ..location is excellant ..dolmus right outside ,,Migros accross the road,change office accross the road,The Blue Port centre is a few mins walk . i can not fault this hotel at all,,We went in December which was quiet but gym sauna and indoor pool were open and well equiped also ,,had the pool to my self ,,,i would recommend a safety rail though at the pool entry as it was a little slippy.

Nice modern hotel on the main promenade road in Marmaris. Breakfast in the restaurant in the front of the hotel. There is a very nice walk along the promenade in Marmaris several Kilometers long. You can walk into busy shopping centre of Marmaris in about 30 mins or get a mini bus outside for about 1 Euro.

Modern accommodation in a good location. The advantage is unlimited access to the sauna, indoor pool, small fitness and children's playroom. Free parking across the street.

The view from the balcony was of the dilapidated area of ​​the closed hotel, where there was a lot of garbage. Next to the hotel is a karaoke bar that plays loud music late into the night that can be heard even through closed windows. A very unsympathetic woman worked in the wellness area. Breakfast only from the menu, it would be better to choose from the buffet tables. They served smaller portions for dinner and the bar served overpriced bottled beer.

very nice room, shower etc. breakfast ok, pool area ok, stuff very nice and helpfull!! it was near to beach, stores and many dinner places near also and only 10minutes to old town, castle, harbour and grand bazaar (by buss/ taxi) you can walk there also, about 1.5km.

downstrais sauna was open only until 18 o’clock and the pool 19 (would be great if allowed same time and even little later open!) turkish sauna only available for hamam payment customers.

clean room with a good view. Especially the young bellboy at the entrance was most helpfull and friendly. Elif at reception was a good help and arranged a free upgrade

breakfast was served in and by the Big Chefs restaurant. unfortunately this was a big downer as the food was basic and the staff was rude and uninterested. a good breakfast would have turned this review into a 10

I think they should add more to the breakfast menus it’s just the same food literally everyday

Best breakfast although had not plenty of variety (but for 5-days stays we enjoyed it so much). The room was big and clean with a sea view balcony and enough toiletries, tea, coffee, water, mugs and kettle. The staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel also had an excellent spa for a reasonable price and free sports facilities (enough for temporary trainings on vacation). Also there is a private clean (!) beach in 2-minutes walk. We also had a HUGE bed with clean bedding set! Our towels were changed daily.

Nothing to complain about. We wish you prosperity and not not lose the quality that you are providing now to your customers.
