Arta is the best!!! She treats you like family and is so easy to get ahold of. She upgraded our room and we had a beautiful big room with a comfortable bed. She also helped us to decide what to do each day which was super kind. The lady who cleans the rooms (sorry I don't remember your name!!) is equally as nice. Breakfast is great for not having a kitchen. She makes sure to change it up. She really cares about her guests and it shows.

It is a little bit of a walk to the downtown area, but it's worth it for the hospitality and comfy stay. Easy enough to take a bus around.

This boutique hotel is an experience on its own 🤩 All walls were painted by hand in a baroque style. Our room was spacious and had a round bed that was comfortable & cozy. It was super clean. Breakfast was delicious, and they even asked us if we wanted our breakfast in the room. Owner is also very friendly and helpful. She showed us a dress 👗 that she purposely leaves in one of the closets (clean) for guests to try& take pictures with it. Overall it was a fun experience. Location of the hotel is in a very safe area, few walking minutes from the main block.

A Colourful and quirky hotel in a central location. Being there in the middle of a European, unprecedented heatwave, our room at the top of the building kept surprisingly cool. The lovely, bedroom, bathroom and balcony were generous in size. AAArta, our host was especially friendly and helpful. It was really handy to have parking too. There are many modern flats and hotels in Tirana and personally, I prefer to stay in a building with more character.

We stayed at Villa Fernando in June 2023 and this is the best decision we made. Its a cute boutique hotel in a very good area of Tirana with all attractions within walking distance. The interior is stylish with beautiful hand painted walls. Comfortable beds, noise canceling windows with black out curtains and good size of shower. Well maintained and clean with a delicious local style breakfast! The actual magic of the place is in the owner Arta who is very kind and helpful! Do talk to Arta for your Albania itinerary as she will give you great advice. Arta was always available on whatsapp and gave us perfect directions and instructions to self check in and was kind enough to order taxi and dinner for us to our room. Arta will give you the best deal on taxis during your stay. She gave our trip the best start! Definitely recommend staying at Villa Fernando! 5 stars from us!

The hosts have great attention to detail. Even the self service breakfast tells a story. And baroque equipment provides cosiness after walks and explorations. We received lots of great tips and Arta is well experienced in needs of visitors as well as in explaining the layers of Albanian cultural context. Check out her recommendation for a haircut nearby... Or swish and affordable taxi option to return to airport.

The breakfast was very good with many local foods. The hotel keeper Arta is one of the kindest people we have ever met. She told us a lot of local tips and was always very positive and friendly to the guests. The room was perfect in every way and the hotel was decorated with a good taste that's different from any others we've been to. The hotel is about 2km away from the city center but the local bus stopped just outside the hotel.

Villa Fernando is a unique boutique hotel in a lively but super chill neighborhood. The manager takes care of every single guest beyond what the hotel has to offer. She’ll give you recommendations, insights on Albanian society, and even help you rent a car. One thing that stroke us was that she buys fresh products everyday and splits them into two: half for the guests and half for her family. That’s how much she takes care of clients !!!

My partner and I stayed a night here and loved our time at Villa Fernando. The room was very spacious and clean, with a good location near the city centre. Arta was super helpful and went above and beyond, helping us with taxis, extra early breakfast, and recommendations for our travels. Would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Tirana :)

The hotel is a lovely place in Tirana. The rooms were a great size and decorated lovely! The owner of the hotel was very friendly, telling us lots of stories about Albania and explaining the local delicacies. Highly recommended.

It's a little hard to find the hotel, but you have to trust google maps (assuming you have data in Albania). The breakfast is good, but make sure you don't leave it too late or a lot of the food will be gone!

Staff were wonderful - could not have been more helpful sorting late night taxis for us after our flight was delayed, providing recommendations for our stay, helping with onward travel etc. Breakfast was good, wonderful fresh produce and traditional Albanian foods and host was very flexible serving breakfast around us. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable - would highly recommend!
