Was recommended this hotel because it was 4* and had a pool. There was a heatwave in progress and I thought it likely I would hide out by the pool for 3 days until my tour began. In the event I didnt get to the pool at all but went out and did sightseeing. Was pleasant to return to the AC cool and chill in my room. Room was large, with view to boulevard. Hotel was top notch, staff especially in restaurant were young, efficient and helpful. Booked it because the price for 3 nts was within my budget. When I returned to Tirana the 1 nt price was much higher so sadly I did not stay there.

Having to use keycard to use the lift is inconvenient.

This was a very positive experience. The hotel is located in the best area of Tirana. We (including small kids) walked out in the near are in the evenings, no issue, very positive experience. Many good restaurants and bars in the near area. THe hotel is great. Fantastic breakfast, nice garden, pool and outdoor bar. You would not beleive you are in the center of Tirana when you are in the garden.... I was told that Tirana was not a place to visit, before we went. I do not agree... it was far better than i expected..... and i will recommend this hotel if you visit Tirana.

Nothing - all was just great

The location is superb, really great. the recipcienist were professional and helpful, with nice attitude. They had amazing breakfast, the rooms were spacious with sitting room separated from beds area it's clean, the hammam was amazing and worth trying, yet the massage was OK on average level. All in all it was great experience and a perfect choice of a hotel to stay in.

We asked for a shuttle from the hotel to the airport which cost more than a taxi but we want a hotel arrangement for our ride so we can rest assured. Unfortunately once our drive arrived late for 35 min and it was an electric car taxi same as the one u can pickup from the street instead of actual hotel shuttle car. Even the driver struggles with out packages which we notify the hotel of I advance at the time of reservation and some of them ended next to us in the back seat. Luckily we arrived airport on time as the roads had no traffic that day. That's the only incident we were not happy with, beside that all was perfect

Everything. Breakfast was incredible

They tried to give us a room downgrade when I booked the largest family suite in the hotel tried to stick us in a room with 2 cots and 1 double bed for a 2 and 4 year old .. 2 & 4 year olds do not sleep in cots and I specified the 2 beds on the booking- they didn’t listen. But I insisted I got the room I booked and finally I got it but we were very tired from travelling and out a huge strain on our disabled son who was traumatised by the room changes. This was clear to staff and I think they felt bad. Not a good start but a great ending.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, providing every possible item of breakfast fare you can imagine. The location of the hotel was ideal for visiting the city centre and also within easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants.

Rather disappointed that only a small bottle of water was provided and only on arrival. This is most unusual for a 5 Star Hotel. It is not possible to drink tap water in Tirana.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are a bit outdated and could do with a little touch to modernise it. Otherwise it was a great stay. The staff is lovely. The pool is great and nice garden space. Location is great, you can walk to various restaurants and things to do in the center. Rooms have balconies where you can chill. The beds are good size and very comfortable. Especially I loved the Elemis bathroom supply. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. I would come back again! Tirana city also looks great and has a relaxed vibe.

Nothing to dislike.

Great location, you can walk to skanderbeg sq in 15mins. The room was big and comfortable, the bed was amazing. The breakfast offers a wide range of choice. The staff is nice and friendly.

The pool is lovely but not big enough. When I was there it was taken over by large groups of children running around and diving in. People reserve sun loungers with towels super early and disappear for the morning which I think the hotel shouldn’t allow.

Beautiful hotel in prime location, really nice back garden and pool. Lobby bar nice and reception is nice too.

There is nothing I don't like but if you wanted to please me more then you install high quality bicycle trainers/smart trainers such as Wahoo Kickr or Tacx in the gym with a pc screen/tablet with internet connection for each trainer where you can connect to Youtube or Zwift, which I use at home. This is not something I expect in todays world but I believe it will be coming in the future. While staying in Rio de Janeiro they had such trainers at the hotel so expect premium hotels to offer such amenities in the future.

Great gardens and garden facing room quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast.

On arrival at 1am due to a cancelled flight we were told only road facing side was available even though we had booked garden facing. the room is noisy with traffic and not good for light sleepers. we were changed to garden facing the next morning but it was already too late for just a. 2 night stay. I was told this was a problem with the ‘free upgrade’ facility. I recommend if you have a ‘free upgrade’ you check they will keep your room and not sell it elsewhere.

Rogner is the second oldest "upscale" hotel in Tirana, going back to 1995, as I remember. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Tirana on its main boulevard, and parking is a big plus that makes a difference. The garden is one of a kind in such a centrally located hotel, while the outdoor pool makes for a good afternoon swim. Breakfast was acceptable even though they could work on it while the staff was very, very friendly and helpful, at times, they seemed distracted.

The night we slept there, there was a wedding, so the music went past midnight. This was a significant discomfort, especially having booked garden rooms for their tranquility. I would appreciate it if they positioned us further from the ballroom. The hotel is pretty old, and the rooms need upgrading at this point. The bathrooms are clean but nothing special. Overall I liked the experience, yet the value received does not match the price. Rogner, I know you can do better!
