Exceptional hotel amenities clean food everything perfect locations Staff could do with some real training and less cross communication as I ordered a mineral water at bar when the young bar staff told me to pay it in cash I had to leave the pool area and go get my euros Lek to pay it in person and I then ordered a fresh village salad and paid it in total with the minerals water next morning check out the front reception lady told me I had unpaid fees for a minerals water I felt offended and confused 😕 I hope the owners of this gorgeous location take extra time to train the reception and bar staff . As it’s a shame as the place with its amenities it’s immaculate to the details their kitchen staff were amazing their cleaning staff were amazing it’s just a shame on the other staff need just a boost up I highly recommend staying here to anyone travelling to Vlora Albania 🇦🇱

the staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the location was great for the town and beach.

the only thing was the breakfast. although there was a very good continental breakfast, there was a habit of providing fried eggs which were all cooked at once and left to go cold on a plate. there were 2 days where the staff said it was “personal breakfast” and the eggs were cooked to order. going forward I would suggest they should always do this so that the eggs are still warm. I didn’t like to mention it at the time as the staff were so lovely but if they read the review, this may help future reviews.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. The sauna and steam room downstairs was a great bonus and we enjoyed using this in the evening. The hotel is based on the street behind the main sea front, meaning a quiet and comfortable nights sleep while being only a 5 minute walk from the beach front and many bars and restaurants. There was always a member of staff based on reception to help if needed.

The parking is a little cramped, but the staff handles this really well. The swimming pool on the rooftop is a nice bonus, though a little smaller than others we have visited.

We loved that the place only 3 min away from the beach (with sunbeds included for the hotel stay), main promenade and a food shop. The hotel had a very lovely pool with coffee and drinks bar on the top floor, so one can spend the day or just morning/afternoon there on the sunbeds and enjoy a nice drink or coffee. There was also a sauna and steam room which is a nice addition to the facilities, especially on the days of rain. Finally those egg chairs were a great addition to the balcony. I just wish there were at least two of them, so both parties can enjoy them. The staff was super helpful and very pleasant

The only thing which was not so great is the building works happening on the beach front line. They will possibly be finished by Mar'25 but will be blocking the beautiful see view

- The location is next to the beach. Like a 5 min walk from the promenade so lots of restaurants nearby - The room was large in size and had the jacuzzi tub which we used during our stay - The rooms were tastefully done and very clean - They had room service and the pasta was pretty decent - The rooftop bar was nice with a scenic view and also served Sheesha - Free parking

- The hotel had a small pool but it was too cold to get into, if the pool was heated this would be a 10 star rating - the hotel restaurant wasnt functional the first evening we arrived - Breakfast could be better - With construction coming up in front of the hotel, the sea view is kinda gone but nothing really the hotel can do about it

Very new, modern, and clean. It is located one street back/parallel from the main beach boardwalk so it’s quieter than staying right on the strip. It’s a small hotel so it gives you a more personalized feel. The rooftop bar/lounge and pool are amazing and so relaxing. The pool is very clean and we enjoyed eating lunch poolside and having drinks later in the night. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is lovely. There is a new building being constructed in front of the hotel but the noise does not affect your sleep, but yes you can see a large crane in front of the pool looking toward the ocean. It didn’t both us and we were very relaxed enjoying the ocean views from the pool. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Our large sliding window in our room was off its track and needed a repairman who wasn’t available during our stay, so it let some noise in but didn’t affect the air conditioning fortunately.

The rooftop pool is the highlight, beautiful to look over the sea and the sunset. However, when I went there was construction being done in front of the view from the pool, in essence, I would say within the next year, the view of the sea/sunset will be covered by two massive buildings, which I expect to be 2 more hotels. Breakfast was tasty and choice was good. Staff were lovely and accommodating. The pool bar is nice too, the drinks are fairly priced. The room was comfortable and clean.

As discussed above, through no fault of the hotel itself, but will lose it’s biggest positive, the view from the pool. This is such a shame and will definitely decrease the amount of visitors to the hotel. The road was also being dug up in front of the hotel which makes for parking and driving quite difficult, again appreciate that this is not a fault of the hotel.

The hotel is not big but it has everything you may need for a 1-2 nights stay. The breakfast was nice and all the facilities were included. The staff was kind and helpful. There is a roof bar with a swimming pool. Moreover, the hotel is very close to the beach where you can see an amazing sunset.

The location is not the best in terms of the view because of the construction.. I would recommend taking a room with a Mountain View. However, if you stay just for a few days it will not influence your experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice room and balcony a few minutes from the beach. Only briefly visited the roof (the pool was full) but the views are great.

There weren't enough plug sockets, the one we found was faulty and almost hanging off the wall. It took us a while to get the air con working because of a dodgy microswitch on the balcony door. Breakfast was adequate but all of the hot food was cold/inedible by 10am (half an hour before breakfast finished). Pretty minor feedback though, they were all work around-able :)

The rooftop pool is so lovely and such good cocktails ! This was our first stay in Albania as we travelled down south so was so nice to chill out here - the surrounding area is a bit of a dive with lots of construction - but only takes 5 mins to walk down to the pier which is very lively with lots of bars. We thought the shower was also amazing

Building site in front - but this can’t be helped. Also a bit weird as they keep your car key at reception to move it if other cars want to park as car parking is so small
