The service which the staff of the breakfast restaurant provided was more than excellent. Especially Albert, Hermes, Emanuel and Mirela gave the extra mile in their service towards us. The quality of the food overal was pretty good. The music at the pool was nice in the afternoon as well

Contrary of the service at the restaurant, the service at the lime bar was poor. Especially the 2 ladies, the hostes or what ever they were, had a bad attitude. She “couldn’t remember” our diner reservation when I entered the lime bar with our 2 kids. Eventually I got mad and we got a table. After dinner I put the kids to bed and my husband and I went to the bar area to finish our wines. We were demanded to get rid of there because that area was for BOTTLES buyers only.. seriously we spend the whole evening in their restaurant and spend a serious amount of money but we were not good enough to stay and finish our wine at the dancing area. That was sooo rude. It is also good to know: when you stay in the hotel you still must pay extra to have the comfortable beds at the beach area

It was my second time here and certainly not the last Everything was perfect, the staff was very welcoming.The room had a fantastic view . we had reserved a back view room, but they gave as a free upgrade to a sea view . The room was very clean, the breakfast in the resyaurant was very abundant and tastefull .The food was very tasty We even tried the casino, and that expression beginner's luck" seems to be true 😉

The property was in a beautiful location with amazing views and the included breakfast was absolutely delicious.

We were coming from a pretty chilly place so we thought late March/early April that the pools would be open or at least the pool chairs would out for sunbathing. I guess it was off season so we weren’t able to really get out in the sun like we’d hoped. They did put out chairs by the sea the last Friday we were there so we soaked up the sun that day which was absolutely gorgeous!

It’s my second time staying in this hotel. It’s one of most luxurious hotels in Vlora. The suite was spacious and comfortable, very quiet. The restaurant very qualitative, the breakfast with plenty of choices.

In my opinion the checkout procedure needs some improvement. During the checkout I’ve been asked from reception if we have consumed something from the minibar in the room and I answered: no, we haven’t. The receptionist then told me: we have to check the room according to the procedure. I don’t have problem with that at all, but they should follow this procedure without asking or notifying the client. But if you ask him and then check the room despite the client answer, this is not ethical or professional, this shows disrespect and lack of trust towards the clients and it can’t be acceptable to the standards and prices of this hotel.

The swimming pool is nice, the beach area is a bit small but still nice.

Restaurant is pricy and service is way below standard. Rooftop bar is ok but the "Ace" club in the casino is very small, overcrowded and insanely expensive: 2 cocktails = 34 euro, which must be suspiciously paid cash only... If you're not Albanian, you pay more....

Great hotel, with a very nice seaside room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, I will return especially out of high season.

Breakfast did not meet my expectations, the juices are poor and especially the area inside of the restaurant is very restricted for how big the hotel is; on a rainy day when people are all inside, there is not enough place to sit normally and become a mess. Also, the balcony area outside has to be cleaned better.

The spa wasn’t finished as it’s not fully completed renovation. Same down by the sea.the pool wasn’t heated either. it’s still out of season so I’m sure in a few weeks it wouldn’t be a problem
