Breakfast buffet was superb, great selection of fried food, breads, cheeses & meats, as well as lots of fruit & cakes. The evening meal with a choice of 3 starters or mains was great, it is cooked to order & much better than a buffet. The menu is also available in English & French. Large wine list. The room was a good size with a large bathroom & patio doors leading to a balcony. From the ski/boot room it is a very short walk to the cable car. Staff were all very friendly.

rooms need some hooks in the bedroom to hang ski jacket/trousers on overnight.

Staff very friendly. Some spoke very little of our language but with our amature spanish we were able to get by and they were very friendly. Perfect location for hiking (we went in summer) & plenty of bars / restaurants nearby. Cheap parking nearby for 3euro / day. Clean rooms.

Obviously set up mostly for the ski season as no air conditioning so room was very hot at night. (We did go in the middle of summer so it was 38+ degrees so this is to be expected for this time of year)

The best experience for the last 4-5 Years. If you compare with other hotels this should be full 4-stars, but not just 3-stars hotel. Amazing food included (everyday new menu). Good breakfasts, nice SPA (with really hot Sauna). Bus stop near hotel. Just 1 minute walking from telecabina Canillo. You can get fast the center of Grandvalira from sector Canillo (about 15-20 minutes) and coming back also very easy.

Great location in the centre of Canillo. Close to everything you need and the ski slopes. Buffet Breakfast is really good, one of the best I have had in a 3 star hotel. Rooms are spacious with nice views to the mountains. Overall good value for money.

One of the members of staff was a bit rude at check in and he was not helpful at all when I asked him if there was an iron in the room. All other staff were good but not the best first impression.

Everything about this place is just great. Super cute ski chalet throwback vibes, excellent breakfast and phenomenal dinner included, close to the gondola in a quaint little village. Great find at a good price. I’ll never be here again, but I’m really glad I was!

Canillo is a sleepy little village, but that’s only a drawback if you want a lot of nightlife options.

Fantastic food and location with the carpark, ski gondola and Pic Negra ski hire very close. We used the ski lift carpark, which was only 5 Euros a day when you present the ski lift passes (cheaper than the hotel car park). Great bonus that the front desk can sell lift passes. There's a nice spa that can be booked privately for time in the jacuzzi and sauna, ideal after a day of skiing!

The bathroom was a little dated and the room was warmer than we prefer. Our room was at the front of the hotel so there was some noise from traffic. Choose the back of the hotel if you're a light sleeper perhaps.

Perfect location near the ski lift, special rooms for skiing stuff, nice breakfast, good heating in the room. Very nice fireplace in the lobby!

The room was shabby with peeled wallpaper and floor. No kettle or fridge in the room. Sauna should be booked in advance and looks shabby as well.

The food was tasty and the staff was very nice and took good care of us! We needed to leave the hotel very early (5:30 am) and they kindly packed breakfast to go for us and served tea. It was easy to reach the hotel by car and by skibus. The stay was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend the place!

The hotel is well maintained, but it's not brand new. It is nice that there is an extra access directly from the skilift side, but it feels like a backdoor and could use a facelift :)

What an exceptional hotel, everything was 100 pc. Room was great with beautifull little balcony, the breakfasts were brilliant and the staff were amazing, especially the lovely lady who helped me with my bus ticket. What a lovely, helpful and friendly lady. Location perfect. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Absolutely nothing

Perfect location close to everything ski lift, rental shop and restaurants. Close to public parking which is cheap 5euros if you have ski pass. Room was cleaned every day, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely come back!
