Apartment sleeps 4. Easy Access from main road. Walking distance into Encamp. Shops, fuel and restaurants walking distance. Lots of trails to find nearby. If you are there to ski lift is right next door. Size of room good for 2 but wouldn’t want to have more than that. Underground parking. Great stop off if travelling to Spain. Excellent Fridge Freezer & Microwave. Shower pressure fantastic! All rooms nice size. Apartment was at the back so views of mountains and town beautiful. Heating available and Wifi Super fast! Large double glazed doors helped alot with noise reduction. Could cook most basic things with kitchen. Staff very nice. English, french and catalan spoken.

Car parking very tight warning if you have a large car! Parking price more than double of nearby Funicamp but felt more secure as we had musical instruments. Corridors of hotel were very noisy because they are all stone. We went out of season so not many comings and goings but those that did very noisy echoey. Encamp very busy so noisy most of the time even at the back. Shame that the patio windows didn’t tilt to get air you had to open or shut them. Kitchen didn’t have a basic coffee filter only a pod machine. This was personally annoying because we prefer to drink ground coffee filtered.

Basically I liked everything regarding staying in hotel. Room is very big, has plenty of space to dry clothes and lots of facilities to make food. Also some rooms has very cool view to nearest mountains.

Rent equipment might be not the best, however it's good enough unless you has very high skiing or snowboarding level, or a keen of free ride.

I loved it here. From when I received a call helping me locate the Hotel to the moment I left, I was incredibly happy here. The lady who ran reception is an absolute diamond. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. She is a real credit to the Hotel! The apartment was immaculate and really well equipped. Secure parking for my bike and space to work on it was fantastic. Bud every 15 minutes from the front door to the city and quality restaurants nearby. A perfect experience in every way.

Big, well equipped apartman with a big terrace.

A drunken student group all night shouted in the corridor, knocked and knicked our door, ragng the bell. Reception doesn't operate in the night, amd the staff didn't received the pohe, so we couldn't do anything. We wanted to stay there two night, but after this night we checked out. The hotel was correct, paid back the price.

I loved my entire stay here - the accomodation was just right for myself for the three nights and a good proximity to the bus etc. The Andbus was able to stop right outside the apartment and the views were incredible. The staff were also so helpful and it also gave me peace of mind having access to the safe box.

The balcony faced on to an apartment block so it didn't feel very private especially since residents would open their windows and look out but this cannot be helped due to location. Because it is on a main road its very loud when the door and window is open but the noise proofing was very good when closed.

Great apartments, so close to chairlift. Rental ski store on main floor. Nice & clean. Comfortable. Highly recommended. Although a walk downhill to most restaurants, use google maps to enjoy the lovely cobbled side streets. We did not find the walk uphill back difficult.

What makes this accommodation unique and special are the people working there, who are super friendly and helpful. It's not a ski-in/ski-out hotel since you must take the gondola to the top. Still, considering that it is right next to the gondola entrance and you can find everything you need in the hotel or within 1 min's reach, we can say it's almost as ski-in/ski-out.

It was extremely good value (in summer - I suspect we got an off season special). The apartment had everything you need. If you were there for skiing then its extremely close to the main chair access.

The reception was only open limited hours. The area doesn't have much character, the town center of Encamp is down the hill about a 15 minute walk away.

could not control temperature, it slightly worked on the first day but radiators would not fully warm even though they were working. old hair dryer with very low power - consider bringing your own.

Absolutely recommended for those valuing location. 50 metres from Funicamp station that will take you right to the middle of the huge Grandvalira ski area. Multiple rooms with twin and sofa bed, plenty of space for friends or family, very clean with daily cleaning of the rooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Direct access to ski rental which is next door. Staff extremely helpful and try their best when speaking English, no issues with communication whatsoever. Would stay again.

We had breakfast in the restaurant on our first day at a cost of 10 EUR per person which is ridiculously overpriced for the variety you get. No sauna, just hammam and small jacuzzi, at a cost. No discount for ski rental which is owned by the same company.
