dinner and breakfast food quality wasn’t that good

We recently stayed at a hotel in Andorra and were very impressed. The room was exceptionally well-sized, almost like an apartment, which made it feel very spacious. We had fantastic views from our room, and the terrace was a great addition for enjoying the scenery. The parking facilities were convenient, making it easy for us to come and go. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was well-equipped with a cooker, sink, and extra blankets, which added to the comfort of our stay. The bathroom was impeccable, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent experience for us.

Most rooms have a connecting door with room next door which means if you are unlucky with your neighbors it could be noisy. In our first night, we were given a room opposite the restaurant entrance and next to an elevator which we refused. We were then given a room on the first floor, without a balcony but had to wait for that one to be ready. The description says the hotel is 500m from the centre: it’s a 15-20min walk (uphill back) but you can drive into the centre and park for free ( risking to lose your spot at the hotel).

The room (the apartment) has practically everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was a big room and we had enough of place for everyone. The staff at the reception, at the restaurant, the housekeepers - everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you! We really enjoyed the buffet in the restaurant. We stayed 4 days and had half-board and every time there were plenty of new positions to chose from. We loved that there were also local dishes. We are especially grateful for the care and hospitality shown specifically to our child. He is a picky eater and still he always had something to pick from. We felt welcome in this hotel, we have the warmest memories of this stay.

We have expected the hotel to have Spa facilities, but it appeared that there is only sauna that can be booked on specific days and at specific time only. Same applies to the massage. We've tried both options, both were good, but there is still room for improvement.

check in. room was not ready in time. with breakfast the bread could me a bit more fresh. a lot of pastry but I would prefer bread. also orange juice not good.

The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the amazing breakfast—a delicious and varied spread that set a positive tone for each day. The staff was exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Their helpfulness and attentiveness added a personal touch to the overall experience. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local scene. I also love the fact they have a bar open until 12am.

That's a great hotel for the price they offer. Rooms are spacious, with kitchenette, dining table and sofa, so you have like a little flat in fact. There is a balcony with waterfall view, so you sleep with waterfall sounds, it is amazing relaxation! Birds singing in the morning is the best music! Bathroom with a bath and all necessary toiletries (with funny texts on them). There is a teapot in every room. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast and dinner were very good, the choice of the meals is not very wide but there was everything necessary, everything was tasty and cooked from high quality grocery. Staff is very nice and friendly. Free big parking. Awesome experience!

Nothing, everything was just great. The only thing is that there were no dishes in the kitchenette but since we didn't need them, it wasn't an issue for us.

We loved everything! We loved how remote Arinsal was and how perfectly situated Yomo Patagonia is to access the town or the surrounding walks. The staff were superb, the room was clean and so comfortable!

We had no issues whatsoever, the only slight difficulty we had was there was not a walking path into town and only along the road for 200m. This is not the problem of the hotel.

Noise from other guests despite signs asking for consideration …. which were ignored, particularly by the Essex parents taking their kids out of school.

Rooms had also a kitchen and they were spacious. Location is great for exploring Comapedrosa hiking area. Bus leaves in the front of the hotel to Andorra La Vella. Half board was a very good option, there was good variety of food available. Staff was attentive. You can do laundry.

Kitchen did not have any dishes or pans. There was supposed to be a play room but we did not find it. Water is not drinkable from tap.
