The hotel is spotless. The beds in the rooms are really comfy. The teenage kids really enjoyed all the games available in the bar area (Chess, Pool, Board games, Cinema etc). Access to the ski slopes is really nearby. Central location with all the bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are exceptionally friendly.

I can't think of much the hotel can do to improve.

Hotel was very near the ski lifts and very central. The bed was super comfy and the room was spotless. The hotel Bar was very comfy and had a nice atmosphere. Very varied breakfast, Lots of choice and well organised.

The sound proofing in the room could be better. Was super quiet for the first few nights but with more rowdy guests you could hear through the wall. Have yet to stay at a hotel though in Pas De La Casa where this is not an issue. Wasn't a big issue as most guests were quiet.

The staff were amazing and very helpful with any requests we had. Everything is also within walking distance from the hotel which is great, you can walk 200m and ski down the slopes.

The rooms were a little tiny and there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but nothing major.

We got a broken window so we told the staff. The hotel was fully booked so they told us that they will change our room the next day and they gave us a 1 hour free at the spa. They apologized and was so nice. The location is very good ! The breakfast was good. And they have lookers for your ski equipment.

friendly staff basic clean rooms good value for money good hotel bar and cinema room plenty fof choice of food. Omlette station at breakfast and chef griddling of meat and fish at dinner

The bathroom in the room was compact but functional.

Great location, lovely staff, really decent and varied breakfast buffet, 24 hour reception and comfortable bed.

Walls were quite thin so noise carried quite easily. Lovely and warm rooms, but could get quite hot in the night.

Realy good breakfast. Good ski lockers Helpfull in the reception. Most of them speak exelent english, some of them a bit less.

Pls just add some hooks on the wall so you can hang your skiing clothes. Beds where pretty hard. very enoying blinking from outside lamps at night, the coulored one belonging to the hotel itself

The hotel is really well positioned next to the slopes (three minute walk to the main run back into Pas and straight down to the lifts). Lovely staff and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms & bathrooms were spotless.

Breakfast quality and variety good. But sometimes certain items would go - such as the bacon - and it took a long time to refill - so tendency was to go without rather than wait

Keep food dishes replenished.
