Fantastic location, lovely staff, really clean and safe with security guards 24 hr/day. Air conditioning good, good shower, really comfy bed. Restaurants close by and safe beautiful beach to walk on right next to the apartments. Reception staff always happy to help with queries. Katy Ann really jolly. Free drinks and nibbles pool party on one Eve which was lovely.

Fridge was noisy in the room and could do with thicker curtains or blinds. Could hear Sandals sometimes but not after 10pm. Needs a sharper knife for chopping fruit and veg in the kitchen and could do with more electricity sockets.

110% exceptional. Would tell a friend ,to tell a friend. My family and I are looking forward to staying there again. I told them I want the same 3 rooms when I come back. Access to the beach and pool great. I loved it. Clean beautiful staff friendly The best. 👌🏽

I didn't like the snails on the property at night's. And every morning there was a frog over my entrance door.. I hate worms but to my surprise I didn't see not even 1 which was great...

The proximity to the beach was perfection and all of the thoughtful touches like water buckets beside your patio to wash sand off before reentering your living space were great. The facility was very clean and staff was very personable and helpful.

we attempted to check in early and were told that the 4pm check-in time was firm. We called at 3:45p and were told our room was ready but when we arrived at 4pm - we were told it wasn’t actually ready. We had made plans for 430 so that wasn’t ideal, but the staff offered to hold our bags and store our food in their fridge while we went out. They told us that we could check in and get the key from security when we came back later - that process was seamless

we rented two units, both of which have an ocean view from the balcony. the village should consider upgrading the beach chairs. they are not at the standards of what they charge

the parking is shared with Ana’s restaurant. during the day, the vans that bring tourists to spend the day blocks the parking. I complain to the front desk, but they have not done anything. the village should take care of this issue.

Beachside location, beautifully maintained gardens, lizards on palm tree trunks, hummingbirds at people's feeders, waking up to the sound of waves lapping the beach. Lovely super-helpful reception/security staff, hi Desiree!

The bathroom in beautiful Villa 27 has twin sinks - but only 1 is plumbed in! Garden maintenance strimmers can be a bit noisy - and perhaps the grass could be allowed to grow a little bit longer?

Excellent location steps from the beach and 2 decent restaurants. Well maintained and managed property. Good wifi throughout. Good facilities - beach loungers towels daily maid service

Awesome location fronting Dickenson Bay. Really friendly / helpful staff at the reception and lots of on site security. Well maintained condo resort with various private owners who take pride in their units. Very clean.

Public transport accessibility isn’t the greatest therefore if you don’t hire a car prepare to taxi all over the island at inflated prices.

Beautiful villa- simple, light and clean. Comfortable bed, amazing views, very friendly staff. Security excellent about walking the property day and night. Katy Ann and Desiree most welcoming as was Jason and the security staff. We loved that all businesses require hand-washing and masks right now. Sandals resort is LOUD at night with their thumping music, fire show dancers and pool music noise. We were absolutely fine at night sleeping if we kept bedroom door shut. AC quiet and efficient. Grab and Go convenience store had basics- sodas, chips and ice cream. Bring a few grocery bags for your trip to grocery- and remember it’s EC dollar exchange $2.65 US to $1 EC. We got “adopted”by an on-site kitten for the week. Bought kibble at local grocery. Ana’s on the beach ran between $75-100 without alcohol per dinner. Salt Plage a little more. Those are your restaurant choices if you’d don’t have a car. We didn’t miss a car!

Villa 27 is by far the best location for beach access and views ! The glass sliders stick, and if you’d have bad knees, the stairs could be tough. Keep your outer iron gate door padlocked always- occasional concerns with a stray local visitor. Security helped by checking in more and had a quiet presence nearby. Thank you. It is expensive in Antigua- so we packed snacks, sunscreen and bug spray from home. We also brought coffee, sugars and filters.

Dickinson Bay is a lovely location and the resort, although not luxury, is clean, spacious, eclectic and quite charming. Reminds me of old fashioned florida resorts. Great beach with 3 decent eateries at your doorstep. Sandals is next door but this beach was quieter and nicer for a fraction of the cost (and personally I don't like all-inclusive....it means you HAVE to eat onsite.) We like having the freedom to explore other restaurants on the island. Best local were Nomads and Casa Roots (Casa Roots is expensive but gorgeous and walking distance) Would definitely come again

We had a problem with our running water but maintenance got it fixed pretty quickly.

The location is AMAZING!!! You walk out and you're on the beach, with a front porch overlooking the ocean while you're having breakfast! Makes going back home very difficult!!!

Bathroom could use some updating. Our unit, #28, had brown water coming out of all faucets. They offered us another room to just use for showering, but we were 5 people and wouls have to walk across the entire complex. Luckly it happend on our last day, so it did not have a big impact, but it could have been a disaster if it had happened earlier!!!
