Where do I start!, Location, beach & hotel restaurant food & bar service was outstanding and very consistent. The gym was well equipped & a good sized swimming pool which was secluded & shaded is ideal if you don't like swimming in the sea. The rooms are spacious & well equipped. Ours was serviced every day with clean towels. Also good amount of free car parking for guests if you have a rental car.

Not much to dislike. I guess the main thing for me was when we arrived the first impressions of the hotel reception was lets say "underwhelming" and not befitting of the hotel. This could & should be made to feel more special! However you soon forget about that when you go through to the back of the hotel by the beach and your jaw drops!

The location is stunning!!! It looks even better in person than in the pictures. Not too far from town and quite a small, boutique-style resort. Great food. So many great staff to mention but I've lef it weeks and forgotten half their names!! Marlon & Delroy we're my favourites!! wicked guys on the beach all-day plying us with Cocktails. We went out one day with Delroy and ate some local food which was the best day of the week. Restuarant manager who helped setup private dining for my Mrs, Xaviers cocktails (there was another cocktail guy, kicking myself for neglecting his name he was cool too), Cotton, all of them just super, super friendly! Don't hesitate to book this place for a second, and look after the staff, they're all really good, honest people (apart from one angry cow who gave me a hard time about seagulls and then seemed to sulk all day!!) Everyone else was just mustard!! Almost forgot!! D'andra!! She upgraded us and also sought something special for my wife as it was her Birthday the day we checked in and she'd had a really rubbish year. Big shout to FIVE, our unofficial guide, he knows his stuff and helped us sort lots of trips/bits out but he's nothing to do with the hotel.

Being shouted at across a restaurant by a lazy old moo who should have come up and spoken to us quietly! Didn't tarnish the stay but really pi**ed me off that day as it was so lazy and unprofessional and handled terribly. I'm not naming and shaming and didn't complain on the day, just bit my tongue, she could have been having a bad day so didn't feel it was fair! Wouldn't stop me going back at all, just hope she read this!

This hotel is small but exquisite. I booked a deluxe suite which was occupied by myself and my daughter sharing a bed with two of her friends in a sofa bed in the lounge. The room was modern, attractive and clean and housekeeping came every day to service it. The kitchenette had a small stove, microwave, fridge and kettle. The fridge was stocked with a plentiful supply of bottled water, for which we were very grateful. We had a kettle and a plentiful supply of different varieties of tea. The breakfast was a la carte and consisted of pancakes, NY bagel, eggs benedict, eggs any style, fresh fruit etc. Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. The beach is small. Although public, we felt very safe. It is manned by security plus additional staff who helpfully put out beach loungers and parasols for the guests. We ate lunch in the Starfish bar and found the snacks to be very generous in size. At night we ate in the restaurant. The food prices are high but the quality is excellent. We were only there for 3 nights and the only comment we could make is that for guests staying longer, it would be helpful to change the menu. I don`t know if this is done routinely but the menu reminded the same during our stay. The swimming area here is cordoned off and very safe for families. The sea is shallow up to a certain point where it becomes deeper. It is great and very safe for young children. The hotel is very secure. Access to rooms and different parts of the hotel were by keycard and i felt very safe. This is a truly lovely place to stay and i would come again.

Nothing i didn`t like!

- The location in front of the idylllic Caribbean beach, quited and aparted in the middle of the Dickenson Bay with a vast choice of water sports; - the beach bar and the restaurant directly located on the beach offering a beautiful ambience and a good quality of meals; - the beautiful and well organized events (Caribbean night, beach party, beach barbecue… - the friendly and helpfull Staff (a special thanks to the beach boy)

the cleaning of the common spaces could be improved.

The location was brilliant. Close proximity to St John's, the capital and supermarkets. There were also several other restaurants and bars close by providing different eating and drinking options. There was enough lights at night time that you could go swimming as well and walk along Dickenson Bay. You could also book jet skis and paddle boats close by which was great. There was a good variety on the different menus. I enjoyed the Antiguan breakfast option. My son liked the burgers in particular. The bar area was open during the day so you could chill out, have bar snacks and drinks. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. We had a one bedroom suite which had good space for the 3 of us and we has a lovely view of the beach. We had a small kitchen with basic amenities which was useful to have and housekeeping came around every morning.

Initially we were disappointed that the swimming pool was under refurbishment when we arrived but to be honest once we saw the beach and the crystal clear water we never thought about the pool again. There is a resident cat that roams around during dinner time in the restaurant but my son was afraid of it so that caused a little stress but we managed to survive this.

Our stay at Siboney was very comfortable. It was a short drive from airport. Rooms are very spacious with balcony that opens up in a garden/pool. Beach is very close by. Staff was very helpful. Car rental from hotel was also very easy and convenient. Food at the restaurant salt plage was very delicious and they also had plenty of vegetarian food options. Resort beach is very narrow piece of land but it was clean and relaxing. Hotel had a little convenient store at the desk which was selling the items that you might need or you forgot to bring.

The staff were absolutely faultless during our stay. They were so welcoming and friendly with our toddler, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were able to check in slightly earlier and even able to shower in the afternoon after we’d checked out, before we flew home. Good in the restaurant was good and breakfast selection was great. Always plenty of loungers with shade on the beach.

The coffee machine in our room didn’t work but we only stayed one night so it didn’t bother us, and sure it would’ve been fixed if we’d mentioned it.

The location was great, walking distance to St. John (not too close, but manageable) and right at the beautiful, clean beach. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful and made our short stay quite enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need, including air conditioning.

The restaurant is a bit of a letdown in terms of food and service, but there are quite a few really nice places around, so this did not bother us that much (apart from breakfast).

Breakfasts were excellent, lots of choice reasonably priced. Choice of two eating places for lunch and dinner and others in the area Great service by staff at the beach and pool area Relaxed check out time of 12 noon

We had a stunning apartment, but only a minor point, there was no hanging space for clothes, only drawers. perhaps could have been a clothes rail in the cupboard in lounge if nothing else.

From beginning to end our stay was great. Joyette the receptionist is awesome. There's also the night shift receptionist and I'm drawing blank on her name but she too was awesome. Thank you ladies for everything. I had breakfast once during my stay and it was delicious. I do love their dinner menu more. Neil who is the food and beverage manager was great. Thanks for being very accommodating. My husband is a paraplegic and although there's accessibility to the room, once you get to the front door there's no access. There's a step up to get through the front door. We called front desk and within minutes the maintenance guy put together a ramp for my husband. That was truly an above and beyond act which we are truly grateful. Blessings to the rastaman!

My only complaint is the ramps at the reception area are way too steep for anyone in a wheelchair to push themselves up. Also at least a few rooms should be made fully accessible so that anyone in a wheelchair can actually move about freely without any assistance.
