The location of this property is excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. There is also a nearby Western Union and pharmacy. This part of the Recoleta neighborhood is a little quieter compared to other parts of the city, but still very centrally located. The staff was very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us get oriented to the area and to coordinate transportation. Sebastian especially, answered all our questions and exhibited great customer service. The bed was very comfortable and the property is maintained very clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The jacuzzi at the spa was not working. However, staff was in the process of getting it fixed.

Good location, mostly helpful staff, great AC in the room during an unseasonal heatwave. In room fridge and hot water kettle (but no coffee or tea provided). Full size and powerful blow dryer provided. Small rooftop pool was a nice spot to soak my feet after a long day of walking around the city, although no great views. Nice eating area with ample breakfast buffet. We were able to leave bags on day of departure, then use the spa for a quick shower and change of clothes before long flights home that evening.

Rooms faced an interior space so little natural light and no privacy unless drapes were kept drawn because other guest rooms were directly across. No robes or washcloths (not unusual), shower only had an overhead “rain” shower head so it is hard to dodge the water in a very small corner shower stall if you don’t want wet hair (no hair bonnets provided). Bedside electrical outlet was loose and plug with adapter would not stay in to charge phone.

Staff were terrific - Baudilio was exceptional - professional, friendly and so helpful with everything including sightseeing recommendations, restaurant recommendations, directions, money exchange recommendations and explaining different currency rates and sharing other local conventions and traditions. Miguel and Lucas were also very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty basic and could have been better. Wish hotel offered coffee other than plain Americano without charging. I ordered a cafe latte but had to pay for that coffee vs. the basic Americano coffee on the breakfast buffet. Also would have liked to see croissants offered at breakfast.

Very comfortable room and amazing location

Strongly recommend booking a room with a street view window. The rooms with windows to the inside of the property make the room very stuffy

Our room was quite noisy and you could hear a lot from the corridors, especially in the morning.

At 82 I was travelling alone and from the moment I arrived I felt that the hotel was a home from home. I enjoyed my breakfast from the wide range of items available, the room was clean and spacious with a veranda and good shower and there was always a welcome back from the staff on reception. I was able to walk safely about the area and found Recoleta to be a most interesting location.

May be they can add moisturizer to the toiletries kit provided in the warm and give complimentary water bottle at least for the first night. That's all

Breakfast was good. Service was excellent at breakfast. Refills were prompt. Wished it had more hot items like oatmeal, hash browns, pancakes etc.. for vegetarian/vegan people.

Mattress was torn. It was covered up with blankets to hide it. Spa facilities could be better.

Great Hotel, room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly, helped with all information needed. Excellent location, close to the Recoleta, and in a quiet street. Breakfast was fine. Good location for everything. I’d stay there again
