The location of this property is excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. There is also a nearby Western Union and pharmacy. This part of the Recoleta neighborhood is a little quieter compared to other parts of the city, but still very centrally located. The staff was very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us get oriented to the area and to coordinate transportation. Sebastian especially, answered all our questions and exhibited great customer service. The bed was very comfortable and the property is maintained very clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The jacuzzi at the spa was not working. However, staff was in the process of getting it fixed.

Good location, mostly helpful staff, great AC in the room during an unseasonal heatwave. In room fridge and hot water kettle (but no coffee or tea provided). Full size and powerful blow dryer provided. Small rooftop pool was a nice spot to soak my feet after a long day of walking around the city, although no great views. Nice eating area with ample breakfast buffet. We were able to leave bags on day of departure, then use the spa for a quick shower and change of clothes before long flights home that evening.

Rooms faced an interior space so little natural light and no privacy unless drapes were kept drawn because other guest rooms were directly across. No robes or washcloths (not unusual), shower only had an overhead “rain” shower head so it is hard to dodge the water in a very small corner shower stall if you don’t want wet hair (no hair bonnets provided). Bedside electrical outlet was loose and plug with adapter would not stay in to charge phone.

Staff were terrific - Baudilio was exceptional - professional, friendly and so helpful with everything including sightseeing recommendations, restaurant recommendations, directions, money exchange recommendations and explaining different currency rates and sharing other local conventions and traditions. Miguel and Lucas were also very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty basic and could have been better. Wish hotel offered coffee other than plain Americano without charging. I ordered a cafe latte but had to pay for that coffee vs. the basic Americano coffee on the breakfast buffet. Also would have liked to see croissants offered at breakfast.

Very comfortable room and amazing location

Strongly recommend booking a room with a street view window. The rooms with windows to the inside of the property make the room very stuffy

At 82 I was travelling alone and from the moment I arrived I felt that the hotel was a home from home. I enjoyed my breakfast from the wide range of items available, the room was clean and spacious with a veranda and good shower and there was always a welcome back from the staff on reception. I was able to walk safely about the area and found Recoleta to be a most interesting location.

Lovely hotel in a very nice area - close to many restaurants, bars etc. Clean and comfortable with a large room. Helpful staff.

Our room was quite noisy and you could hear a lot from the corridors, especially in the morning.

May be they can add moisturizer to the toiletries kit provided in the warm and give complimentary water bottle at least for the first night. That's all

The condition and maintenance of the shower could be better. Check in was extremely slow and made worse by the fact that we had taken time to use the pre-arrival online option check in when invited to do so. Handing over the online check in paperwork on arrival it was totally ignored and we had to go through the whole (lengthy) process again.

The room was big and had a wonderful king size bed , a comfortable matress . A very cute balcony with a table and two chairs . The staff was great , so so nice each and everyone of them . Thank you for making my stay so lovely . Very good buffet breakfast .

A great breakfast selection in the pleasant breakfast room. Good pressure warm shower. The reception staff were very helpful when our transfer bus to the airport did not arrive at the time we expected, although this was not a transfer which had been organised by the hotel.

The reading lamp above the bed wasn't working (Sunday 23.00 arrival) and the shower cubicle though clean, was in need of maintenance.
