Location. How clean the apartment was. Car service to/from the airport.

My apartment was freezing cold. The gym was unkempt with broken equipment. The pool’s temperature made it unusable. Though my confirmation states “assistance is available Monday from Friday from 9:00-20:00 and during the weekend from 9:00-16:00”, that is not true.

It is a very clean and spacious apartment with a full kitchen and large refrigerator. We bought fresh homemade pasta from Mas Pasta nearby and prepared it in our kitchen. It was so delicious! The location is very convenient to walk around Palermo and Recoleta. We enjoyed nearby restaurants - Norte, El Preferido, Kentucky for empanadas, flan, La Aquada (cash only) and our favorite - La Querencia! This apartment was reasonably priced and excellent value! Diego responds to every request in a timely and courteous manner.

I like to have more towels: 2 hand towels, 2 large bath towels, and a floor towel for each of us. One hand towel to wipe the bathroom countertop. One bath towel for my hair and one for body. I prefer not having maid service everyday, but more towels should be available.

The studio is very professionally constructed with all the facilities to be expected by a well organised accommodation chain. The room was very quiet with bonus of drip filter coffee machine, iron and ironing board. We used the pool and gym, which were a nice bonus. We loved the location of the apartments - 1 street back from Av Santa Fe, a good quality shopping street. Short walk to the metro with 2 different lines. Taxis passing the apartment almost every minute. A variety of places to eat very nearby - from a great hamburger place, cafes, homey restaurant, classy restaurant. Very comfortable area.

Small thing - 2 of the pillows provided were all lumpy! Lucky there were also 2 good ones. Otherwise cannot fault the apartment.

ARC Arenales Studios and Suites was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Buenos Aires. It is removed from the hustle, bustle and grit of downtown and provided a comfortable place to rest our heads at night. There are plenty of excellent dining options, nearby, as well as grocery stores to keep the cupboard stocked. The customer service provided by the on site manager and 24 hours security was appreciated.

While the rooms is spotless clean, it’s not particularly cozy. There is no pad or mattress protector between the sheets and mattress; it would be better if they added one. The bath towels are skimpy- just be prepared.

They did a mistake in the type of bed available in our room. To fix it, they upgraded our reservation to a spacious a well equipped suite. Much appreciated!

At the entrance there is a security guard. There’s no reception for the hotel. You need to pay online before being let into the facility. Nothing problematic, but just a bit weird.

Modern, well equipped (amenities, hair dryer, even iron & board), very clean and neat. Good location close to subte and bus stops but still quiet street.

Grumpy personnel, minor shortcomings like TV remote control batteries old (?), bathroom door squeeking (needs oil), backyard view not very pleasant. Swimming pool was without water part of the time.

This was a really lovely studio apartment, very well designed with a nice plunge pool on the roof for cooling down. The 24 hour security guards alway kew who we were and were very pleasant; we felt very safe there. A cleaning service too. A few good restaurants/cafe's/shops very close and some take aways too, all in a nice residential area. Ricoletta is much nicer and more convenient than Palermo

Quiet area, Great size rooms, 2 big screen TV's, nice kitchen, A/C worked great, very clean, huge balcony but no view... electric key card to gain entry

Location was residential, a little walk to shops & restaurants. But not too far. There was no staff, just a doorman non-english speaking, so you had a room, but are basically on your own. Dark halls with those euro-style motion sensor lights.

Lovely spacious comfortable studio in a great part of town. Diego was a great manager, arranging our transfers and all answering all our questions about Buenos Aires. Good communication throughout. Great air conditioning
