Clean and comfortable.

I have asked for a quiet room but a disco had loud music in our street every night till 03.00.

Installations are very good, so is cleaning service, breakfast is ok, there are some options of bread, fruit, eggs, but are not fancy or delicious. It is very well located.

My only critic is about one staff in particular, from the front desk, that i heard mocking of me instead of helping me when i was tryingo to use the universal addaptor for the plug. He was speaking in spanish with his partner in the front desk and i heard. Extreamly rude and unecessary.

Central location in a nice part of town. Spacious room. Wonderful staff.

The property is located in a busy part of the neighborhood. Depending on the location of your assigned room, and if you are there during a weekend, the place can be quite noisy. We had a room facing the back of the building on the 8th floor. We thought we were immune to the street noise, but on Saturday night we were surprised by loud live music coming from another property located just below us. The shower water could be warmer.

From the moment I arrived @1AM until I left days later, the wonderful staff made me feel welcome and safe. Each member of staff was able to provide detailed directions about all the lovely places to visit in Buenos Aires and caution about what not to wear (flashy jewelry, designer handbags, etc.) or where not to go in order to avoid unsafe situations. The convenient location (across from the famous cemetery and adjacent to Recoleta Mall) is robust with activity, people, restaurants and nightlife.

This hotel is located in the popular area of Recoleta; therefore, it is noisy throughout much of the night. If you are a light sleeper and are easily disrupted by loud music and sounds, then this is not the hotel for you.

The location and closeness to everything. The Recoleta Cemetery was across the street and the hop on off bus five minutes to the corner, where there is a great cafe called La Biela. I felt very safe as there are police driving around, and security at night, at all times. It is one of the best areas to stay and I highly recommend it. Good value for money. Great for solo travellers, particularly woman on their own. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful.

The shower was too high and not adjustable but I’m been a bit precious.

I have to start with the staff. The staff is so genuinely friendly and helpful. they make you feel so welcome. The location is superb, the neighborhood is lovely. The breakfast & the kitchen staff are great. would go back without hesitation.

What I didn’t like was the music next door can be heard in the room late at night. Just ensure you get a rom from the 3rd fl & up. I also found it inconvenient that we had to wait for the staff to open the front door at all times. I could understand keeping the door locked at night but during the day the staff is trying to give their guest the best service possible while at the same time paying attention to the door to open & close.

Perfect location. Great Staff. Really good neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, market. Great view from the room. Room was huge, they gave me the room I booked online.

Was looking for more breakfast variety. The air conditioning was not working 100%, but I guess it was due to a heat wave in all Argentina. But, they could check that.

Welcoming and nice staff. We slept very well and loved that the rooms have balconies with them. It was nice to go to sauna at the rooftop. Also very clean. Fresh breakfast, they also offered some options for gluten free customers and make the coffee as you wish.

The location in Recoleta barrio was great: next to the Recoleta cemetery, to a shopping mall, restaurants and bars. Diego, the manager was very helpful.

Didn’t like having a room at the back of the hotel because there is no view and it is very noisy. We eventually were able to change to the front of the hotel were we had a view of the cemetery and the river far out.

It is always nice to go to this hotel. They are very friendly and try to attend all the problems that may arise. The location is perfect. La recoleta is our preferred place in Buenos Aires. We really love to go there.

The room was not prepared at the check in and they offered something to drink, which was very nice. They also let us have a late check out. The taxi they called were terrible expensive and we had to cancel it, but it is not really their fault as taxis tend to charge more to tourists. As for the hotel, it is very nice.
