My first time in BA and after looking over all the available stay options I chose this hotel and loved staying here! The staff throughout were wonderful, welcoming, kind and very helpful first and foremost and really made the experience. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Recoleta and the surroundings. The neighbourhood has a lot of options for eating, drinking and shopping for treats or essentials (big supermarket open 24hrs nearby) The spa was most comfortable and welcome after a long day exploring, the room was very clean, extremely comfortable in every way. Breakfast was good, tasty and sets you up nicely for the day.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, with friendly staff and decent buffet breakfast included. The best part about it is its excellent location in Recoleta! We also were able, for a nominal fee, retain access to our room on the day of our departure, since our flight left at night. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it highly!

the coffee in the room was not good. instant in a bag. no taste. and insult to injury I discovered on check out that it was not included in the room rate. I have never in years of traveling been charged for in room coffee.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The room was spacious and very nice—good quality materials, modern, and clean. For a city hotel, compared to New York or London, the room size was truly exceptional. We only ate breakfast once but it was very good. Staff, especially Giselle, were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a former Howard Johnson and some of the towels still have the logo. A few of the towels looked worn, which is not the end of the world but was a shame considering the rest of the hotel was very very nice.

Comfortable room and beds, quiet at night. Great location on a quiet street, safe to walk around even at night.

There was no emergency exit on each floor, no access to stairs visible, all doors other than rooms locked. The only way to exit was the elevator.

Nothing, it was the whole package!

Rooms are very organized, well illuminated, and had power plugs for multiple standards. The hotel's SPA was amazing, with a good sauna and spectacular jacuzzi. The staff was very receptive. Unfortunately, I stayed there only one day before leaving Buenos Aires, but I hope to return in the future!

The noise isolation is not perfect, so unfortunately I could hear while the cleaning staff was preparing the room alongside mine. In the lower floors, there can be some noise from the street too.

WLAN was not working after some hours so we had to change WLAN then it was fine Electricity was resting in the night .so I was kind of.scary as the aircon started serveral times with a loud beep ..

Room was big with a desk, huge bed, nice bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. The hotel has a small spa and mini gym + organize massage - best massage I ever had in a hotel, really recommend it. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location
