The hotel is extremely nice and in a fabulous location across the street from the Recoleta Cemetery. There are several restaurants nearby for dining. It's an easy walk to the Saturday craft fair and the Museum of Fine Arts. One of the stops for the hop on/hop off bus was only a five minute walk. The neighborhood is upscale and was safe for walking. Our suite was quite large and overlooked the cemetery. The sitting area had two very comfortable chairs and they provided two complimentary bottles of water at check-in. The room had a kettle with both tea and coffee pods as well as a small refrigerator. The bath towels were large; water pressure was good. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early (we had come off of a cruise ship) and check out late (3 pm) the next day. They also kept our luggage behind the desk after we checked out and before we caught our taxi.

The breakfast was only average. The scrambled eggs were runny. You poured your yogurt; I would've preferred it at least a bit thicker (it was the consistency of milk). The danish were average.

My room smelled too bad, maybe some problem with the bathroom I don’t know.

Location is exceptional, super close to Recoletta Cemetery and a largish mall. There are lots of close by cafes and restaurants and other attractions. Room was very comfortable and had relaxation space to unwind at the end of the day. Breakfast was quite good as well

Not all staff were helpful, especially at the front desk which was a pity as the hotel is a really good choice otherwise.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It is in the heart of the neighbourhood of Recoleta and is a street away from the historical Recoleta Cemetery. Within the area, there are a lot of bars, restaurants, museums, art galleries, parks and even a shopping mall nearby. In the hotel, there is a swimming pool and gym which, we sadly did not have time to use. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was the absence of a coffee machine which was advertised. However, there was a kettle, but we had to ask for extra coffee and they charged us for the fresh milk. We had our own tea. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We had our breakfast in the winter garden. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

The location is in Recoleta next to the cemetery and near the park. Plenty of eateries near by. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful with recommendations and directions. The room was small but well laid out with a nice sized bathroom. We had a lovely view of the cemetery and the room was very quiet, which we requested. The restaurant is in an arboretum which is filled with plants and has a high ceiling. Although we did not partake of the High Tea, it looked amazing. There were many cold and hot selections for breakfast and everything we tried was delicious. We recommend this hotel for it’s location, comfort, security, staff and breakfast.

We were on a high floor so water pressure was low and the room did not cool well. We requested a higher floor and opened the windows for cool breezes.

location was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and food in general.

We booked for 3 nights but our plans changed so just needed the last night. The hotel took payment for the 3 nights, however when we arrived our room had been sold on so they said they would upgrade us. The room they then gave us was far inferior to the one we booked with a loud motor sound vibrating through the room. We then changed rooms, again to an inferior room to which we originally booked. The bathroom was so small with a half sized bath and shower within the bath. Very old room. As we had stay before and had stayed in other hotels in the same chain we felt very short changed. The hotel rooms certainly need updating.

Stayed at this property 1/6 to 1/8 ~ rooms were large, clean and well equipped. Problem was check in staff at this "5 Star" advertised property could not speak or understand English Language. "We had 4 Rooms & it took over 1 hour to check in" Location fabulous. Many attractions, restaurants, shops close by. Checked back in 1/10 to 1/12, this time check in staff were excellent! But, the same room category, rooms very tiny? We again had 4 rooms.

Breakfast could have better selection. Nothing but breads, fruit, cold cut, cheese & cereals. Why are room sizes different in same room type? Disappointing room sizes for all 4 rooms in same room type on 1/10 to 1/12. To be a 5 Star property staff needs to speak & understand different languages. "I" was told the COVID Pandemic caused many good employees to leave, thus many new staff that are not trained or understand world travelers languages.

The beautiful breakfast area and breakfast spread and choices (amazing). The gym and pool areas. It was a spacious room with good light and kitchenette and particularly loved having a kettle to be able to make a cup of tea. Super central location wise. Lucia at Reception was a champion in helping us get to the airport on soccer final day…so big thank you to her.

Very dangerous having to climb up a step (that isn’t really a step) to get into the shower. Kitchenette didn’t have any cutlery. Had to chase up laundry after 2-3 days.

Location was good, close to restaurants, hop on off, off bus, and historical sights. Our suite was spacious and very clean. The atrium where breakfast is served is charming, breakfast was the usual lay out. The staff were very helpful. They organized a great venue for seeing a tango show, La Ventana, which I thoroughly recommend. We had trouble contacting an airline to make changes to our flight. Martin at reception was wonderful and spent quite some time with us helping to sort out the problem.

Basic decor.

I like the whole ambiance, the breakfast patio, the freshness of the entire area...is clean and is fun...the helpful personnel. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shoppings.

I don't have anything to report..everything was so nice. The breakfast abundant and very tasteful...the breakfast area is so beautiful... the is not any negative comment of my part
