Everything, great location. Friendly staff. Allowed me to check out a bit later. Spacious studio with a balcony (one of the options). There is a terrace, a spa and a pool (although not used). Right next to the studio there are great restaurants! (Vegan, Asian and a coffeeshop). I had friends over in my room/balcony. Usually this seems to be a problem in hotels in Buenos Aires (which I don't understand). My card to enter the studio wasn't working, but solved quickly by reception staff.

Honestly I don't have any critical remarks. Keep up the good work!

The room was nice, it felt very modern and had a balcony too, which was a first for me. The bathroom had also very modern equipment. The location is pretty central, so it's very convenient as a tourist to visit the main touristic places. The room also came with an international plug adapter since Argentina has a different plug type.

The room was a bit small and didn't have a proper desk. Also the sink was not in the bathroom, which wasn't too convenient in my opinion.

Lovely comfy double bed, good sized room with nice furniture. in a great location. overall a really good place to stay, but a few minor annoyances….

Several minor annoyances: real frustrating check in process with taxes / fees added that are impossible to make sense of. bringing guests in appears to be a big problem. no towel or room changeover included even for 1 week stay.

Location is really great! Palermo is a central place and environment is awesome, full of restaurants for any budget and places to hang out. Staff is really helpful and kind. I loved there are some books in the place is always clean.

Towels are not soft, very old but they changed it so it was good. There is not breakfast offer but there is plenty of places around.

I liked everything. You should stay here. The rooms look exactly like the pictures.

The only thing i didn't really like was the shower. It looks like this was last thing they put in the room and just threw it together.

Neat and tidy, 2 hour reception and very helpful staff. A convenient stay close to everything you need and walking distance to some great eateries and sights. No kitchenette facilities but they have an arrangement for a discount at a cafe across the road. Nice to have the gym, sauna and swimming pool facility on site.

Would definitely stay again. Property had a pool which I never had time to visit. Room and bathroom were plush and lovely. Heated bathroom floor, large shower and large TV. Staff helped me book a taxi for the airport in the middle of the night.

The room is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel is located in a neighborhood full of bars, restaurants and cafes. All employees were very kind.

There is no housekeeping service unless you request it and pay USD 28.00. The shower is very small and the curtain makes it not so comfortable, as well as the faucets being outside of the shower.

Good sized rooms, very comfortable bed, staff were extremely helpful. All round an excellent place to stay.

The wifi simply didn’t work - almost impossible to connect and even then the connection froze or disappeared. Not sure if all rooms have the same issue.

Spacious, wooden floors, tall tree right off balconies. Quiet backyard. I did not get to try dry and steam sauna because they were still turned off in the morning and I had to leave but that is a plus. I heard swimming pool is heated.
