The location was amazing! The buses and subway were right there, and it was also easy for any Ubers/taxis to park in front for a quick pick up or drop off. The view of the city was also incredible and the breakfast was really varied and fair.

I felt like the staff at the front of the hotel were very unwelcoming. Not once was a greeted a hello, even if I initiated it. It felt very cold for a hotel that costs that much- I’ve been to cheaper places that had more hospitable staff. The check in ladies were very warm and helpful, however. The housekeepers were also kind and brought me extra towels /toiletries when I asked. The kitchen/breakfast staff was also very attentive but the doormen need better training, in my opinion.

My husband and I stayed at the Buenos Aires Marriot on September 6th for 3 days and returned again on September 12th and the 19th. Service provided by the staffs were exceptional especially the Guest Relations Officer Cecilia whom you recently dismissed. She gave us a very warm welcome and was helpful in translating Spanish for us as we had an issue with our flight to Mendoza. Cecilia is the reason we came back to Marriot Hotel for our stay in Buenos Aires.

We found the atmosphere different and not as friendly without Cecilia presence. We only rate Marriott a “10” because of Cecilia .

nice view to the obelisco from the pool, nice layout and decoration of the room and bathroom

the view from the city view room was a total disappointment as it was just the view the other Marriott tower, we had to open the closet to make the air conditioner to function properly 🤷‍♂️

Very good breakfast (apart from bacon which could have been hotter) Room was excellent, good by layout, quality finishing Generally Good general ambience spacious & well maintained

It was disappointing that the swimming pool / sun terrace were not in use especially as this was not stated at time of booking Perhaps some tokens could be issued towards the cost of our next visit

the hot water is too hot and needs thermostatic controls. No dressing table as such, television where mirror should be. Electric sockets too low, need to be at counter height. Breakfast food cold.

room was big eough as the breakfast also very good and service from staff was perfect.

one morning they forgot to put tolilet paper in our room after cleaning service but this is not a big issue as rest of our stay was simply perfect

The Marriot Hotel was a soft landing for us, first time in Buenos Aires. It is a great location, right in the center of Buenos Aires, you can walk everywhere from there. The breakfast had lots of options. The staff were very sweet. Loved the horses, made out of wood in the entrance. One evening we had live singing and piano in the lobby, that was a nice treat.

Really great hotel. The pool on the rooftop is magnificent and the view there is priceless. Rooms and the rest of the facilities in general are what you would expect from such a hotel.

Nothing to complain really.

the room was cleaner every day, very comfort bed, I really like the shampoo,

the TV don't function lot's of time. the TV don't is Smart, so when isn't work, I can't mirror my iPhone app (Netflix/disney, rook and others)

Stay was great. Hotel staff spoke English and were very helpful. The roof top pool area made our stay. Would recommend staying at this hotel! Super fade and location was great :)
