The staff were super! Jessica at the front desk during the day helped us exchange money and provided recommendations for restaurants, things to see. Sarah at the front desk in the evenings was very helpful as well. Joachim, Ruben, and Herman were there to assist with doors, bags and storing luggage. We were there three different times in about three weeks and they always seemed genuinely happy to see us. Having breakfast until noon was so nice, and the breakfast was excellent. Each of the three different rooms we stayed in were comfortable and the cleaning staff did a very good job.

I really liked it and would go back.

Great location, short distance to subway and local shops. Very close to the city´s iconic cemetery and surroundings. The bedroom is very spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped, although small compared to the rest of the room. The staff very friendly, and the room was kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with gluten free options and different fruits almost everyday.

The noise from the hallway and elevator was transmitted to the room, specially in the mornings. No noise from the other rooms, just the hallway.

The location is amazing! You can find drugstores, supermarket, mall, restaurants, cultural activities and much more just a few blocks away. Great service and staff, a very good breakfast, a cert bug room. The staff is always there to help if you need something. I truly recommend this place!

It isn’t a “didn’t like”. But if I can make a suggestion or two…the pillow is too tall and I’ve heard a few people complaining about it. The other thing is the TV room. You should get some smart ones. When I came back to my room super tired from work I wanted to watch tv but I couldn’t because all channels were in spanish (with spanish subtitles sometimes).

The hotel is located right next to Recoleta cemetery where Evita Peron was buried. There are some cafes and restaurants nearby and a shopping mall just a block away and a huge park. The free breakfast was standard, eggs, ham, cheese, pastries, fruits, coffee, tea.

My husband asked for a toilet paper one night coz we run out and the front desk staff said, they don’t have any. A hotel should always provide extra one especially this large chain hotel.

Nice facilities, comfy beds, nice breakfast variety, staff was great, great location. We were able to store our luggage after checkout and quickly refresh in the pool area showers prior to heading to the airport. Thank you!

Wish they had drinking water available all day! (They do have free coffee in the afternoon!)

The staff is absolutely delightful. The front desk was always available for our family, and always with a smile on their face. The rooms are spacious and quiet even though the hotel is located in a busy avenue. Breakfast is served from 7 to 12, accommodating all travelers needs. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. We will surely repeat the experience.

There was nothing we did not like.

This was a great hotel. The food was wonderful with lots of healthy and delicious pastry options. Everything was delicious. The staff is amazing and always ready to answer questions, give directions and help you book a taxi or whatever else we needed, especially Jessica. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is great in Recoleta near many places to eat and places to shop. It was easy to get a taxi to other regions of Buenos Aires.

It rained but it is springtime.

The staff and location made staying here special! Leo and Hernan on reception were excellent! They were always smiling, helpful and polite - one could not hope for more professional and welcoming customer service. Any problems or questions were answered swiftly and dealt with efficiently. Our room no.1402 was spotless and has a spectacular view over Recoleta cemetery. Breakfast was very good. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. The location was perfect. We wanted to be near the Recoleta Cemetery. We’re less than two blocks away! The desk people were so friendly and helpful. They recommended two different steak restaurants in walking distance. They were both excellent. They also gave us good directions for our walks and helped us get a taxi to the cruise port.

I liked pretty much everything about this property. The rooms were great, the location was perfect, the staff were very helpful…. big thanks to Carlos at the reception front desk for being exceptionally helpful to us during our stay. The breakfast was decent, could have been better.

Nothing to say I really disliked about this hotel. Breakfast was okay, could have been better. Sometimes the elevator took a long time to come when we called for it.
