Being only 2 blocks away from the center of Recoleta, the location is excellent.

From the photos, the hotel looked fancier. It ended up being a little older than we expected.

The staff and location made staying here special! Leo and Hernan on reception were excellent! They were always smiling, helpful and polite - one could not hope for more professional and welcoming customer service. Any problems or questions were answered swiftly and dealt with efficiently. Our room no.1402 was spotless and has a spectacular view over Recoleta cemetery. Breakfast was very good. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much Leo and Hernan! You're the Best!

I liked pretty much everything about this property. The rooms were great, the location was perfect, the staff were very helpful…. big thanks to Carlos at the reception front desk for being exceptionally helpful to us during our stay. The breakfast was decent, could have been better.

Nothing to say I really disliked about this hotel. Breakfast was okay, could have been better. Sometimes the elevator took a long time to come when we called for it.

In addition to the excellent service, the ambience of the hotel, especially the poem on the wall, made the hotel unique. Recolleta is a marvelous area with many fine restaurants and the cemetery is a short walk.

The breakfast could have been a bit more substantial =hot meat, pancakes. But it was certainly more than adequate.

Location was great for exploring the area around the cemetery and shopping. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Underground close by. Our room actually looked out towards the cemetery. Breakfast was tasty and plenty. All the staff we encountered were super and helpful. We asked advice about a dinner and tango show. The one recommended was excellent.

The pool only had sun in the morning. By mid afternoon it was fully shaded. Still nice but not as warm as it could have been.

The location is great - walking distance to some museums, restaurants and a shopping centre. Very comfortable and specious rooms!

No bar during the day. Teh range of sweet options and other things for breakfast should be in favour of non-sweet options.

The breakfast was very poor , not too many choices mainly sweet food , little options in salty food.

Great location, parking under the hotel, money exchange one minute walk away. The staff at this hotel really go above and beyond to help if you have questions. The rooms are really big, much larger that we thought when we booked. Breakfast is nice too.

The pool is only open in the summer months and the gym equipment is a bit dated.

The location was good plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance,the staff where very friendly and really helpful we tayed for a total of 4nts over 3 separate occasions due to travelling around and we could leave our luggage there while we travelled to other parts of Argentina

location is great; easy 25-30 min walk to Av. Corrientes area. Very pleasant. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, exchange places, parks to run, etc...
