the air conditioner not worked for heating. it was freezing in the room. I got extra cover the second day

The room was large and confortable, with a great tv and it had a table and chair. There was plenty of room to put the clothes and it had a small fridge and a microwave oven. The bathroom was spacious and confortable.

The main door to the room had to be repaired because it did not close properly, an hotel of this magnitude should have secure doors, that when closed they lock tighly, so i think they should refurbish all the frames for the main doors of the rooms to increase the funtionality of the place. Another important point is that the bathroom did not have a ventilation, so they should install one forced air vent in the bathroom ceiling.

Very conveniently located near the centre of Buenos Aires, this hotel was comfortable and fabulous to stay in. The room was clean and had many amenities such as a fridge and a microwave. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and I would recommend staying here!

Breakfast wasn’t included like mentioned, but the staff politely explained there was a little hotel ‘shop’ indoors or you could go out to purchase food. This wasn’t a huge deal as there is plenty to offer in Buenos Aires!

Super clean, great staff, modern and big spaces inside the room and common areas, fast internet all over, small store with basic needs inside the hotel.

The duvet didn’t have a proper cover, instead it had two layers of sheets to simulate a cover (obviously that didn’t stay in place all night), also the mattress sheet didn’t have elastic so it would get off of the mattress. Very unpleasant to sleep on.

Very good accommodations. I went with my partner (both BR) for a week, of which we spent 4 days working from the room. Wi-fi was great, down a couple times but nothing major. The room smelled amazing, cleaning was great!! The staff was very kind in every way. I'd recommend and would love to go back to BA and stay here.

Well located, clean and comfortable, obliging staff, willingness to extend our check out time (for a reasonable fee), willing to store our excess luggage not required for Iguazú and Antarctica, willing to change to a room with windows that can be opened (we don’t like to sleep in air conditioning), availability of a range of food stuffs for purchase in reception area.

Limited shelving/hanging space for clothing; no shelf in shower for soap, shampoo and conditioner; only one chair for sitting in the room.

The building is beautiful and rooms comfortable and clean. Staff were always welcoming and helpful with any requests and information that we needed during our stay.

Our room was located on the 1st floor and during some of the nights we stayed the function room, which was just below us, was used for parties. The music was too loud both in the day and night over the weekend we stayed. We still had a lovely stay but did effect our rating slightly.

Location looks a little rough, but I walked all around and never had any issues. Some great restaurants around and central to fun things to to in Buenos Aires. The staff was excellent through the entire stay.

Walls were a little thin and noise could carry at times. There were parties on both Friday and Saturday night with thumping music. The music was off promptly at midnight, but if you are a early riser or jetlagged I imagine it could have been annoying.

The room was exceptionally nice, clean and comfortable. Considering the price, it is a steal. Also, the hotel was quite centrally located in Buenos Aires. Would definitely book again if the opportunity arises.

Lacks some of the basic facilities of a hotel, such as laundry service and breakfast. This is hardly a complaint as these can be found nearby.

Had room with enough beds for family. Helped arrange airport transport, easier and cheaper than at airport. Stored luggage. The front desk were great, and very good in English.

Nothing really, it was an older building, but fixed up nice, still repairing the roof as a garden, it was a great value. Had a slight water leak in bathroom, shower door was different.
