The staff, especially Audrea, at the reception are very friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of advice about restaurants, tour information and transport. The hotel room is not very big but clean. The breakfast is good. Hotel provides chilled drinking water on first floor which is very helpful when you have a hot day. We really like it. The location is excellent for visiting parks, gardens and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

I wish the hotel would provide a kattle in the room.

Noisy all night long and I mean all night as I either couldn’t sleep or kept waking up to it. Perhaps I had it worse in a room facing into the street but I also heard from inside hotel. Also it was the same on both the Thu & Fri nights.

All staff were friendly and helpful especially the front desk (Rodrigo). Hotel in a good location, next to square Independence, for restaurants and drinks. It is medium size place and has a good atmosphere Good WiFi. Lobby area is a good space.

Great location, walking distance to the beautiful squares and restaurants of Mendoza's city center. Also close to Aristides street, where some cool bars and shops are available, as well as to Parque San Martin. Although a little tired, the hotel's infrastructure was good, as well as the housekeeping. There ia also a good pool to relax after the tours of the day. Service was kind and caring with the guests.

the hotel is extremely well situated, and has a lovely pool. the reception staff were extremely helpful, and the room comfortable… with a good aircon. only breakfast was disappointing… very Little selection and poorly presented, all in plastic bowls (also lots to be thrown away, which is environmentally not good!)

Extremely friendly staff, great sized room (I'd booked a single but think they must have upgraded me which was well received!). Pool area was nice to chill after a long day exploring. Location was perfect - walking distance to some excellent restaurants and bars.

The staff are exceptional they absolutely make this place. Incredibly helpful and friendly from the lovely lady behind the bar to the receptionists. They indulged me and sorted out the TV in the bar so I could watch my football team (and brought snacks) and found us a fabulous wine tour.

The room could do with a bit of an update but honestly that is a minor moan, everything worked and the beds were comfortable.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room with good AC and wifi. I needed to have my motorcycle serviced in Mendoza, and thought I could take care of myself in a good hotel also. My bike had secured, covered parking and the swimming pool was a plus, after days of walking and hiking to points of interest. Better breakfast than standard in Argentina but what made the difference were the staff: all of them very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location, and I love how comfortable the rooms are: you have lots of drawers and space to organize your belongings.

The food of the continental breakfast is not of the best quality. Perhaps, doing a simpler breakfast with fresh coffee and better ingredients would be better.

Location is excellent, 2 blocks from a city park and great restaurants and shopping. Staff was outstanding, Fabian went out of his way to help. Booked an excellent and reasonable wine tour from the front desk. Breakfast is modest but adecuate for saavy travelers.

Facilities are a bit dated, but spacious and clean.
