Great location, very close to the main square and walking distance to everything. Beautiful rooftop where we took a bottle of wine and watched the sunset, has a great pool for summer. Bed was comfy, room was big and a nice warm shower. Rafael was a great help with airport transfers and advice in english. Good simple cold breakfast buffet. Nice foyer to wait for early morning tour pick ups.

Our hairdryer in the room was broken and unfortunately i was told there was no other we could use. Minor issue but it was an inconvenience

The staff is accommodating and friendly. They were more than helpful when we needed to book airport transfers. The location is at the very heart of Salta City. Breakfast is delicious and served as early as 6:15, which for me is excellent. And the air conditioning was on turbo mode, which was convenient because of the hot weather.

The premises need some maintenance, but overall, they stand ok for me (Just some painting here and there, that's all).

Well-located hotel a block from Salta's main square. A comfortable but soulless largish hotel. Bonus is the rooftop pool, but, again, could have been made a lot more charming with better seating, more tables, umbrellas and a bar that was actually open and staffed! Breakfast adequate. No comparison to Vicuna Hotel, where we also stayed. See my review. And more expensive!

The staff at reception were wonderful. My sim card usage had exceeded the limit and the staff took pains to clarify the situation with the phone provider and explained to me how to overcome the problem. I am extremely grateful. Unfortunately, because i had to rush to catch my flight i did not have the time to thank them personally.

Breakfast could be better.

The hotel has a welcoming, elegant lobby. The staff at the reception desk is very efficient, friendly and helpful. It makes you feel comfortable. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is excellent.

The location was great and the facilities were good. The breakfast was ok but not so much varieties (it was a lot of sweets there)

Excellent hotel in Salta with big modern room and bathroom. Rooftop pool was also a nice feature. The location is great - nice and quiet but only a 5 minute walk to the main square and restaurants. Would stay again.

Breakfast offering could be better

+ Location + Safe Area (Police headquarters less than 100 meter in the same street) + Price + Staff + Service + Cleanness it was everything Great. I didn’t put, 10 Point because for sure I was in betters Hotel but the relationship between price and service was great. Salta isn’t a Rich area, however this Hotels meets all standards that you can Expect in Europe (even more) What I also really liked that the Hotel is the fact you are Booking something real, No inflated Review’s, Faked Pictures or Last Minute Deals or Black Friday deals. You get for what you paying for! you are not been cheated (Sadly It’s happens a Lot in this bookings Platforms) Also a really a really friendly and helpful Stuff ! They were just excellent people and you really feel that. Really good vibes, I like to be in such a place. From now on it’s my place in Salta

- it can be a Little loud, but it’s not an Issue. if you want to be in this great location, Hey you are not the only one !! there are people on the Streets, cars and fore sure it gonna be some noice. it’s nothing to do about it. either a good location or a peaceful room in Mittler of nowhere. The only small thing that could be better, the fridge that was not so Cool, however it was working and I put this small issue that it didn’t affect me, I also didn’t claim about It. I just put This small issue because I can’t find something else.

Location is perfect to easily reach both the main plaza and the nightlife area. Rooms are cozy and clean, breakfast available from the early morning so you have the time to enjoy it before the long day trips to the Salinas or Cafayate. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Nothing. For those who don't speak Spanish, might be a bit challenging sometimes, but this is not the hotel, is the North of Argentina:-)
