Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I preferred it in person vs the photos. The room they gave me looked onto a little courtyard. It was spacious and bright. The staff were all very friendly. Location was super central and close to everything (be it city center or walking to San Bernardino. Only point to note, neither here nor there but for the day the rooms get updated - might be good to add a USB port or two to the rooms for charging electronics. I was only carrying one travel adapter (my own fault really) which mean that most days I had to choose between having my phone charged or having my camera charged.

Breakfast was limited in options, especially as a vegan.

The Andalusian colonial building forming the reception area with its furniture gave the hotel welcome home feeling. Many thanks goes to house keeping lady not only she cleaned well but she did a great job with laundry which came back same day ironed , folded and no missing items and the price was very reasonable. Also, a big thank you for front desk for advising & arranging my trips and for joagoin & Earnest ( night stuff) who put an effort to communicate in English.

Room slightly noisy because of delivery path under it & breakfast should include hot items not extras.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, spoke good English, and were very accommodating. The room was wonderful and the bed super comfortable. The location was great for exploring the area and the city.

Everything was as we expected and were promised by the hotel. All staff are great even if no everyone spoke English they did their best to help. The valet parking is great as we did not need the car for two-day stay so we were totally happy to know that it was securely parked in the hotel's parking. The location is great with a walking distance to anywhere anyone may need in Salta. Next door great coffee shops, convenience stores, pharmacy, park, shopping area, etc. Wifi worked well and the laundry service is very swift and cheap. The rooms was spacious and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place outside of all the tourists hassle.

The spa area was closed - it was winter, so not a big deal. The breakfast could be the only place we would like to see the improvement for our next stay there - more vegan options and better coffee, please.

Room was spacious and the hotel was very well maintened.

Hotel garage did not have space for all the guests so one night I had to park my car on the street where it had the whole side intentionally scratched by somebody. (Another guest has the same issue)

Good breakfast with the ability to order eggs to your liking. There are several restaurants within a 3 to 4 block radius including a Cafe Martinez within a block of the hotel. Prefer the larger Senior room that has a desk. Comfortable beds.

The Junior Rooms don't have a desk.

Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great ambience with a good breakfast selection. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious.

Gym could be better equipped. The internet was extremely slow with poor coverage

Nice, colonial style accommodation close to Salta’s main square. The staff was absolutely amazing, very helpful and attentive. I think the price is a bit too high for what they offer, but overall it was a nice stay.

Comfy bed. Good restaurant. Clean and quiet. Nice open air seating area on 6th/top floor. Had a pool (small) and some exercise equipment.

Very minor issues, the first of which can be easily remedied: Tiny paper napkin for a nice dinner. Door to bathroom is such that you have to open and then close to use toilet.

Lovely, old, colonial building, a 10-minute walk from the main square.

I'm not sure the room had been properly prepared for us. The floor had not been swept and despite it being winter, the bed had no duvet or blankets. We found blankets in a cupboard during the night, as we were rather cold! Breakfast included plenty of bread and cakes, so there was limited choice for gluten-free guests, such as myself.
