the location is very near and easy access to the center - within walking distance to Republic Square and Cascade. The breakfast is very rich and love the small corners with national stuff and fresh farm products. The staff is helpful and polite. The beds were quite softly comfortable and of good size.

The pillows are too soft and flat. You need to add two to feel properly and not be flat. The shower is linked to the toilet i.e. if you are not extra careful you can wet the floor up to the toilet. Didn't find it appropriate and comfortable.

This is a large spacious hotel very close to the city centre and we stayed for one week. We had a large double bedroom which was very quiet. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. There is a good size swimming pool and sauna ( all days except Monday). There is a large breakfast room which offers a wide range of foods :attention there was no gluten free bread products and only one simple type of coffee. Because of the central location we were able to walk to most of the main city areas in around 10-15 minutes for museums, restuarants , shops , etc.. overall we had a really good stay . To note there is even a Tourist guide desk on the ground floor - but we didnt use it so cant say more.

Not much really. As mentioned the breakfast is very complete with a wide range of options and plenty of seating. A more elaborate coffee machine would be nice.

Ani Grand is centrally located in the heart of the city. I liked the big rooms, The staff helped me at an early check in. The restaurants, coffee shops, juice bar, things to see in yeveran, currency exchange all are at walking distance. They have a good gym and swimming pool with souna. Breakfast is very healthy but not like Indians and Arabic. They have too many options such as 10 kinds of cheese etc. The best way we learnt is to make a wrap like we do in the subway or Arabic way. Thanks to room service team also. Everything was perfect and smooth.

The location is perfect, there is a small parking in front if the hotel and a great vehicle access used for taxi. The breakfast is served as a buffet, rather big, but monotonous. There is a good around 20 m swimming pool (1,60 depth) with no visitors that is opened till 10 PM (the last visitor is allowed to enter at 9 PM). A small fitness center with the minimum of essential equipment works at the same regimen.

The lockers in swimming pool are clean but not very cosy and comfortable, with one key that suits all the lockers (they gave me the key from the locker that was already in use, because another guy was given a key with no number, and he recommended me to open any locker that I want with my key, as he did with his key: it worked). The photo at booking.com showed the existence of a bath-tube in the room, but there was only a shower. The bathroom was rather big but a rather strange layout with a shower just in front of the toilet, so the whole bathroom was always wet.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family (2 kids) in a family room. Very friendly staff who can help you with arrangements. Great central location with many major attractions in walking distance. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. For just 4 days varaeties of different meals on breakfast are ok.

The light in the room is rther poor as there are no ceiling lights at all. One tv in the bedroom did not work, but was not an issue for me as there was another one in the kids room.

The hotel is good for the price. It's comfortable. It's an old soviet looking hotel so in a way adds to the experience. It's behind Republic Square so walkable distance to everything. The bed was comfortable. The room was well-equipped and clean. I didn't use the services such as the gym or pool area.

The breakfast room needs to be upgraded and the bread served wasn't fresh.

We had a suit room. Except that the room was slightly bigger, there were no other facilities ( Suit room?) in the room and the wardrobes were not sufficient for our dresses. We stayed for 5 nights in the Hotel. Asked for two hours late check out and the lady at the reception refused.

The hotel located in Central location, the room were big and cozy , The staff was amazing and friendly, they helped me to extend my reservation, also arranged reservation for me in few popular restaurants that I can't get in without 2 or even 3 days reservation (it was weekend). Room was clean , all towels and bed sheet are clean. Breakfast was delicious with many option(although they don't make specialised omelette but who cares they already have 2 types at least)

Superb location, very close to the city center and near all major attractions in the city. Supermarkets in the nearby streets. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Spacious and comfortable rooms, good bed, nice bathroom. Small fridge in the room was helpful.

The airconditioning was quite noisy, and with the hot weather it was not an option to switch it off.

Thieves using booking.com stole money from me. And when I tried to resolve this issue, booking.com simply blocked my account, although I have been a regular user for many years. It's very embarrassing. I warn everyone - be careful with this site
