Small thing, didnt spell my name properly but reminded on the screen of welcome, 2.booked for 2 adults and 15 yr old but sofa bed not made up..we arrived late on long drive from Melbourne concierge was helpful and as housekeeping had gone home got us xtra sheets and towels and offered to make up bed etc perhaps shouldn't have asked me though "Did i ask for the bed to be made up? " insinuating slightly that paid guest was at fault. Does 15 yr old sleep with parents owise? 3. Drawer filled with undies and sox from previous occupants did mention to concierge and HK knocked once on ny day when we were sleeping but remained in cupboard drawer over 3 nights.. otherwise amazing beautifully designed property: just feedback that takes it away from 100 % perfection.Thanks

Great location, easy parking for drop off and pick up, good proximity to bus stops. Very handy to large shopping centre as well as small supermarkets for incidentals. Staff are always very friendly. Inclusions such as tea and coffee, milk, etc always appreciated. The room size is very good, plenty of space to eat meals, sit on the lounge, etc. It is always very quiet. The bed is comfortable, plenty of space to hang your clothes, good size bathroom.

The only thing we do not like about the Adina is the light switches - it seems overly complicated! Not a big thing.

Good location - walking distance to Canberra Central.

1. Room cleaning can be better. We can see lots of dust under the curtains for one room and under the sliding door for the other. 2. We booked family room which we thought are connected as described on the website. The price is a bit higher than two separate rooms. We still chose this for convenience. However, when we checked in, we found that these are still two separate rooms only with a connecting door which was locked without providing a key. This is just no difference of having two separate rooms and shouldn't be AUD120 plus for price.

Location is good, on the peripherals of the city centre close to good cafes, restaurants, shopping and the theatre. There is public transport outside the door and it is very walkable to and from the hotel to other venues. Comfortable bed with pillow options.

There are no restaurants/dining services on site. There are partner restaurants in the laneway behind the hotel - this is annoying when you'd like a night in with food-related room service. To order food to the room from the partner hotel cost an additional $10 delivery fee. Parking on-site also costs an additional $20 per night. I believe that parking should be included in the cost of the hotel room / night. This is especially important where there are no other parking options (ie, there is no additional free parking in the streets surrounding the hotel). Chromecast on TV did not work.

Perfect location to use public transport while staying there Lots to do in walking distance to the hotel

We didn’t like that we had people looking into our room from the office block across the lane. We thought we had a room facing the park. We asked on arrival if there where any room we could upgrade to but nothing was suggested. At checkout we found out that if we had paid $ 20 more for a premium room we would have faced the park. A little later and definitely disappointing. This rooms would have been available. We did notice the premium when we booked but couldn’t figure out by the description what the extra $20 was for. That would be something to add on your booking site. We should have called to find out. We would not come back to the room we had but maybe try one that faces the park as it is a nice Hotel

Having stayed at all of the Canberra hotels & serviced apartment before A by Adina was a wonderful discovery. The staff were amazing! Very helpful, kind and when above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially when travelling with little ones! The hotel rooms were fab, beautiful decor, amenities and very comfortable bed. The location in Canberra was the best we’ve stayed in, the bonus of having the meat and wine co provide their in room dining is amazing! When you can’t get out to a delicious restaurant with the little ones you can have a great in room experience. The parking etc was very convenient and easy to access. A wonderful stay.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Our 1 bedroom apartment was luxurious, clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchenette (including stovetop, oven, dishwasher and decent sized fridge) and a large modern bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and it was pretty cool that the bedroom could be partitioned off from the living area. I really appreciated the storage for 2 suitcases as it made it so much easier to sort through our belongings. The lighting was excellent. Liked the washing machine and dryer in the apartment even though we didn't get to use them. Thought it was amazing that there were 2 flat screen TVs which were well positioned in the living area and bedroom. Very convenient location for visiting Floriade (10 min walk) and Canberra Centre. Appreciated the detailed instructions for parking our car. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here - a great deal of attention has been paid to all the finer details which made our stay a memorable one.

Netflix would have been perfect for chilling out in the apartment! Noted that the Booking website refers to "streaming service (like Netflix)" which is a bit ambiguous. It wasn't clear if access to the movies was complimentary for guests. It would have been great if the entrance to the carpark was signposted for A by Adina guests.

The location is city center walkable to many places canberra center, fountain , commonwealthbank garden went for Floriade. Clean tidy rooms , comfy bed , good facilities , ausum staff & reception. In bar facility us quite good and the bodywash and shampoo was ausum n quite different too . Will definetely visit again !!!!

Additional parking fee 20 dollars per day . The Cafe ARC which was suggested at the receptiob , in the same building was worst. We went there for breakfast they took our order just gave coffee ordered avo toast with poached eggs abd forgot about it we waited like an hour having coffee and the arrogant female asian staff instead if apologising just sad we forgot about it and asked us to pay for coffee and leave . Quite annoying!

Signage for building could have been more prominent from all directions. Google maps sent us around the wrong corner & therefore ended up at the rear lane & couldn't see any property name or number. Breakfast was good & location extremely convenient.

Lack of signage on all sides of building. The staff at breakfast seemed to deliberately avoid looking at our table & we couldn't catch their eye, or come by to ask if there was anything extra we wanted during breakfast. This was extremely frustrating & embarassing trying to catch their attention!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We were hoping to be able to check in and leave our luggage as we arrived on an early flight, but as our room was ready we were allowed early access. We were extremely grateful after having had a really early start. Very helpful with taxis and information.

When opening the bathroom door after being closed all night, there was a slightly bad drain smell. One set of towels smelled a little odd - maybe not been dried properly, but we appreciated them being changed daily and hadn't expected a daily service.
