Lovely park in a great location. We arrived to find the air con didn't work in our little cabin, and being as it was cold at the time and the building was just fibro, asked to have it fixed. A friendly park employee arrived very quickly, but as the air con couldn't be fixed we were upgraded to a newer, bigger cabin with working air con. The living room and main bedroom was very spacious, and the bathroom and kitchen well appointed and clean.

The second bedroom had two bunk beds jammed into it, and it was hard for an adult to move around. Likely the cabins are designed for families but there was a real disparity between the comfort levels for the adult in the main bedroom and the other adult in the second bedroom. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely soft and unsupportive. Not so bad for winter, but would be stifling in summer.

My husband and I stayed in the belle tent over a busy weekend (school holidays and public holidays) the noise level at night was good, other campers respected each other. The tent was beautiful and clean, close to the shower and toilet block- which was also clean. Nice to have your own shared BBQ area. The bed was comfortable, air con kept the tent cool, enough blankets to keep you warm at night. Glad to have our own parking spot, although it was under a tree= bird and bat poop plus leaves, flowers, branches left on the car.

I wish the belle tent had a mini fridge to store drinks. Instead it was outside in a shared area with other users of the belle tent. This has nothing to do with the company but if you like to sleep in, don't stay in a belle tent. The sun shines straight through. And the customer parking at reception is very very limited, so we couldn't check in earlier than 2pm but also couldn't leave our car in the customer parking because it was all full.

Great location and had a really wonderful check in experience with friendly staff. Amenities in the room were great. Pool is kept very clean and a wonderful walk to the beach. Seems like a great park providing many communal amenities to enjoy as well.

Room required a fair amount of maintenance - sliding door frame was damaged so hard to open/close, blinds missing so let in a lot of light in the bedrooms, no oven mitts provided though we had an oven. Tried to speak to reception the following day re concerns but they weren’t interested which was a shame as had such a wonderful experience the day before but had different staff on the next day. All minor things which didn’t but a big dampen on the experience. The parking is ridiculously tight if you have a long car !

Our cabin was comfortable with good aircon. The bed was nice and kitchen facilities adequate for our three night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lovely beach is a pleasant 10 minute walk away, and Byron close by car

The bathroom was really tiny which was unexpected, with no power points and a tiny basin/vanity. There needs to be more power points installed throughout the cabin and another mirror. The weather was showery during our stay so the park was quite damp

The location was great , staff were helpful and the price was reasonable. The park was quiet after 10pm which we needed. There were some problems with the facilities, however the staff fixed them quickly after I told them about it. The air conditioning was good. Kitchen facilities were good. Bed was comfortable.

The Villa was a bit sandy inside , not cleaned properly. The Villa was a bit small but overall it was good. There were some minor problems, such as the blinds being jammed, one light not working. Bathroom sink is too small, and no shelves for bathroom products.

Updated little cabin w new amenities, had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Kitchen had all appliances/utensils so we could cook, and property had great options for kids to play (play structure, jumping pillows, pool). Super location and friendly staff made this place tops. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

They contact guests w checkin information via sms — and being from Canada, I didn’t have an Australian phone number until the day before we arrived and therefore missed the message. Everything worked out nonetheless but email would have been preferred.

We arrived late so check-in was a breeze, everything was explained well for a convenient check-in. The cabin was lovely. 2 massive beds that were very comfortable, and everything we needed was there. very close to the beaches and Byron center, beautiful place to the stay.

The one thing would probably be when we were leaving and gave the place a once over, swept around and under the foot of the beds ( as the bed slide on the wooden floors easily) and sofas there was a bit more dust and dirt, also the wifi, at night when we were using it would drop in and out of service a lot.

We found many of positive things about our weekend experience in the Belle Tent. The tent was very clean, bed comfortable, plenty of space & equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciate the designated car park spaces assigned to just us and found the cooking facilities and area to be modern, clean & shared bathroom was clean and close. Staff on arrival we super friendly giving a warm welcome and clear instructions and information on grounds.

The small restaurant out the front of property made delicious pizzas how ever breakfast was extremely long wait and very over price.

The bed was wonderful- sooo comfortable! One of the best beds I’ve ever slept in. It was on a proper base and topped with a thick comforter. The room was perfectly clean. The kitchenette was simple but modern. It had cooking utensils, fry pan, lovely kettle, and the other items you’d expect. The bathroom was spacious with hot water. The tv worked. The grounds were quiet at night. We were in a studio apartment- W7. It was a short walk to a gorgeous and idyllic beach. The staff are kind, warm hearted and will do anything to ensure you have a lovely time. The manager came in as I was checking out and she knew m name!! This park looks really lovely with open communal spaces, a pool and other amenities. It looks magical at night with all of the fairy lights wrapped around the trees. I would definitely go back and have already recommended Ingenia to other folk.

Belle Tent 2 was beautifully appointed and clean with an extremely comfortable new bed, a/c and heating that worked perfectly. Great location, short walk to the beach and easy access into town. Staff at reception were extremely helpful and we felt very welcome and safe. Kitchen area was brand new and grounds were well manicured. Each Belle Tent had its own allocated parking space. Towels and linen were clean and cups and cutlery/crockery were too.

Further attention needed regarding toilet facilities, which were shared with the rest of the holiday park (unlike the kitchen and dining/Belle tent area which was separated) and although were always clean, need to be upgraded. Light in laundry behind the Belle Tents was unable to be turned off and as such, shone onto the tents all night.
