Heated pool and spa made it a great winter get away, The kids play room was amazing and kept the kids (5year olds) entertained for hours. The staff were very attentive. The short walk to a semi private beach was a wonderful venture. Loved it.

Previous guests must have cooked some fresh fish but it was a bit smelly when we arrived. The cleaners came and sprayed some air freshener while we went out for an hour. Came back and the smell was gone.

The location of the oasis is perfect. Tucked away yet so close to everything still. The apartment we had was amazing. Perfect living space and amazing kitchen. With the bedrooms at the back of the apartment, they kept quiet and cool with a beautiful area to sit out the back. The staff were only to helpful with any request. Clean amazing room clean amazing grounds couldnt ask for more. Thank you for an amazing place to stay

The facilities that the resort offered were great, good Gym, and pool which we used most days, a short walk to a stunning beach was spectacular. The size of the accommodation suited us perfectly and was more than big enough for 4 adults.

The interior of the apartment was dated and a little tired, we had to ask for replacement patio chairs, as these were rusty and damaged, they were changed straight away, which was good.

The accommodation was perfect. Lots of space for our family. The games room was great and we tried out the pool amd jacuzzi too. There is a short walk to the beach and it's beautiful... worth doing. Byron Bay town centre is a short drive (3 mins) away. We were quite busy visiting places but you could easily spend a few days Just at the accommodation going to the beach or playing tennis or ping pong.

The facilities were a big highlight like the pool, gym etc. Overall the place was super comfy and cosy with three of us it didn't feel like we were living on top of one another. We pretty much had breakfast every morning on the balcony while listening to the crashing of the waves with the beach behind us. We were able to chromecast which was great to watch movies and the location was pretty good. It's like a 15-20min walk into the city so your not living in the madness of the city.

We stayed at the apartment for a whole week. These aren't serviced apartments but I feel like basic cleaning products especially in the middle of covid is necessary to keep our place clean and tidy. It doesn't feel reasonable for us to buy products that we would only use for 7days. This was the biggest burden for us and also only having 4 toilet paper rolls for a place that sleep 4 for a week at a cost of $400+ a night.

Hot tub was quite small for size of apartment and number of people. Unless you are a massive hot tub fan probably not worth the extra money over the other apartments. Air con in bedroom worked well but too noisy to have on at night. Dishwasher very temperamental but hopefully can be sorted.

Great location. Super close to the beach and an easy 5 minute drive into Byron proper. Staff were friendly and helpful at checkin. Bathrooms had recently been renovated and were lovely and clean. The huge balcony was great to read books on in the sunshine in the morning.

Heating didn't really work.

The facilities were well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d give 9/10 for the cleanliness of the appartment as some of the plates and bowls had congealed food from previous occupants so we had to clean a few things by hand before we could use them. we made good use of the tennis court, ping pong, sauna and pool. also used the spa. All the communal facilities were in good condition though the second tennis court ( which was abandoned and overgrown ) was a bit of an eyesore given the generally excellent condition of the gardens elsewhere. The apartment was comfortable and provided everything we required. the location was really good, about 30 mins walk from Byron centre or 15 mins by bike or 5 by car. The short walk through the national park to the nearby beach was lovely, especially at night when there was lots of wildlife.

The only ( very minor) thing I’d suggest would be to have the cleaning staff check all the pans and crockery rather than trust that the previous guests left everything clean.

Facilities - very good. Lovely tennis court with an hourly booking system with racquets and balls. Great swimming pool with its own Water Dragon. 2 BBQ areas, games room with table tennis and multi game console. Apartment - great parking, under the complex in a open style garage. Large enough for SUV with a roof box. First floor apartment, good layout. Very comfy and a relaxed atmosphere. Bathrooms were updated. Good shower pressure. Air con in main living area which was very powerful.

It could do with a freshen up. Rip up the carpets in the bedroom and put something nice down. Lick of paint everywhere would make all the difference. Replace the vacuum cleaner for something that works.

Well kept, excellent resort with lovely staff. The apartment was beautifully decorated and all the shared facilities were excellently maintained. Pool and tennis courts were fab

Location is great if you're looking for somewhere peaceful; would be best to have a car to drive in to town. We managed without and just replied on uber or walked for 30 mins.
