Sharon and Brownie are lovely people very accommodating,we arrived earlier than expected and were welcomed with no issues. It is pet friendly and no issues at all,even though we have a 3 month old puppy.. 🐕 Set in walking distance to everything you need.Plenty of restaurants ,coffee shops and many more stores just 5 minutes walk from the Motor Inn. Literally everything you need is at the Motor Inn to relax and enjoy with family and friends or just on your own with a BBQ ,and pool. Can not say enough about our stay here, it was perfect. Thankyou so much.!!🤗

Loves our stay, we had the 5 person family room and it was massive, had a door for front access which we enjoyed as we come and go a lot. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and lovely! Super close to the shops, food and the beach. Honestly I would definitely come back as this is one of the better motor inns I have stayed in. Even had a pool (although too cold to swim) and love that it is pet friendly. Definitely book a stay here if you’re after a big clean room and great service!

The shower was a little pokey but it did the job none the less. Otherwise it was a great stay! No complaints at all.

We stayed in the family room which was very rommy. The shower base was a small bath which was great to give young ones a bath in. It was within walking distance to the wharf and shops. And within walking distance to forster beach and baths. Staff was friendly. We also had a night visitor a tawny frogmouth owl sat on the stairway all night, got close enough to nearly patting it.

There wasnt many restuarants opened, and not enough family orientated ones. We ended up having domino pizzas in flat.

Fast and courteous communication from staff who made it easy to check in after hours using the lockbox. Clean and comfortable accommodations. But the best part was they really are dog-friendly…not just dog tolerant. I found the list of local dog friendly cafes and restaurants, the closest dog parks and the list of other dog related services especially lovely.

Not much, but if I were forced to say something I would have liked it if the doors shut more quietly, we left early and I felt bad they made a racket.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly and jumped in to help when we needed an extra room service and soiled clothes laundered quickly. Basic rooms and facilities but all clean as a whistle. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Crisp fresh sheets and towels. Extra blankets for the cold frogs and love the complimentary soaps/moisturizer etc. Location perfect. Would absolutely stay again.

Nothing not to like, given the price, expectations were exceeded.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed and bed linen were also very comfortable! The kitchenette was sufficiently equipped and very handy for making breakfast and light snacks! It was a pleasant surprise to have hand towels, face washers and tissues supplied which is a rarity in many other accommodation places these days! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and cafes.

The only thing we didn't like were the very narrow parking spots. If the person next to you parked slightly more towards your parking spot, it was very difficult to open the door fully without it hitting the other car.

We had the best stay at Forster Motor Inn ! From the moment we checked in, the manager made our time here a fantastic one. We chose to stay here as it’s pet-friendly & were impressed by the list of information provided in our room, specifically for travelling to Forster with a dog ! The room was exceptionally clean & the beds very comfy. The location was an absolute highlight as well - everything within walking distance. Be sure to dine at Tartt for brunch & Si Senorita for dinner ! We will most definitely be staying here again.

Older style property but in good condition & great location. Spotlessly clean and spacious unit. Good linen and very comfortable bed. Excellent shower best in any motel I've stayed in! Very good toiletry products. Manager Karen was very pleasant and extremely helpful & accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The pillows, but that might be a personal preference.

Good place to stay for those on a budget. Close to everything. Clean and tidy room. Well run property with helpful manager and friendly cleaning team. Older style rooms have been updated with, big smart tv, quality bedding and towels, nice smelling bathroom products. Noticed some rooms were pet friendly. Some undercover parking available. Pool is nice option for those with young children.

The pavers in bbq area need repainting.
