Generous sized room. Ground floor access with all furnishings for a long or short stay. Welcoming hosts. Cozy general overall feel throughout. Extremely quiet climate control kept the temperature in the room comfortable at all times.

We loved our stay, but light sleepers should be aware that the room is not soundproof, and the sound of slamming vehicle doors and guests' outside conversations carries into the room. Some guests are workers who leave for work at about 5 am, not always silently or considering the other guests. This might be an issue for any guests wishing to sleep in.

The Couple on Reception were very friendly with their welcome . When they realised my Wife is disabled they offered us the Disabled Room 11 which was very convenient and comfortable for us . We made our own Breakfast and they provided us with plates willingly [ on request ] so that helped a lot . All in all a very comfortable stay in Gunnedah .

In spite of booking the disability suite and attaching a short explanation of why, when we arrived we had been assigned a standard room. However, this was quickly rectified with an apology

Location was perfect for the purpose of my stay and the accommodation could not have been better. Pam and Bob Kent (the owners) were very welcoming and very pleasant at all times; offering assistance if required.

A minibar, or at least bottled water in the fridge would be nice to have. Overall, I'm back this week, so no complaints here.

the window curtain does not block out the light fully and the walkway light outside shines in over, around and under the curtains

The motel was just at the end of Gunnedah's main street so, even though we had our own transport, it is in a good position if you don't.

Would have liked elctric blankets, but that's just because I love a warm bed. The parking bays were also a bit snug but these were very minor issues.

We got given the disabled room so my hubby can get around easily with his walker made it so much easier. Very friendly staff

Nothing close to shops and clubs

The twin room had its own bathroom. Great for the elderly. The room was very quiet almost free of too much carpark noise.

The parking spaces were a little tight. However off the road is great. There is a drop off in the driveway past reception that should be addressed. Pool side.
