The motel was easy to find and to access. The owner was onsite at the time of our arrival. He was very helpful with what was open on a Monday night for dinner. We had a problem with the light in our bathroom when I reported it we were offered another room straight away. I asked that it be fixed as we had unpacked our vehicle and it was fixed straight away. It was a chilly night and the room was warm so we didn’t notice until we walked outside. The owners take great pride in their establishment and everything is clean. Even no mould in the shower! I think that has to be a first for me. I asked about walking tracks and was directed to the ones directly behind the motel along the river. We then walked into the town and purchased take away. Knives and forks in the room allowed us to be able to eat it in comfort. Oh not to forget the complimentary Tim Tams just great with a cuppa after dinner. Would definitely recommend this motel to all I talk to and anyone looking to stay in Inverell.

Nothing, I couldn’t find fault with the room or the establishment it was great. The owner told me he travelled for his previous employment and it shows in the attention to detail.

Corey was absolutely lovely and very accommodating to myself and family. We had a last minute family emergency and he assisted with our very late check-in as we were travelling from afar. He then assisted in booking additional nights as we needed to stay longer. We booked again a week later for the funeral as it was such a comfortable place to come and go from. Location was good, staff were great

It stated it had foxtel yet we didn't have it. The parking was not so good as some people parked reverse inward causing us to be choked by the exhaust fumes, we stayed 2 night's and were not re-stocked with tea/coffee etc with the room clean. Also on arrival they had failed to replace the shampoo and conditioner that had already been used by last occupants

Very quick check-in, clear instructions given, easy to find on the main road but not too loud from passing traffic. Bed and pillows were very comfy, extremely clean with small kitchenette offering toaster, kettle, 2 bowls, plates, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, tea/coffee/hot chocolate and fresh milk. Microwave, small table and chairs with a comfy sofa. Perfect for easy self catering, could stay a week easily. Lovely stay, thank you!!

OK for a Country Town Motel. Parking is inadequate for the dual-cab Utes favoured by most guests. An adjacent occupant straddled the parking spaces dividing line between our room and theirs, using the remains of two spaces to fit in their car.

Quiet. Effective heating and hot water. Short walk to the local bowling Club for dinner

Very clean, new looking furniture and bathroom, new linen, comfortable bed. Owners pay attention to details, which is really important. Very tasty breakfast. My husband said he never had so tasty bacon. I would agree with him.

Hot water in the shower could be warmer.

Gary was very friendly and helpful with local knowledge that enabled us to make the best use of our time. Bed was comfy and unit had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Inverell was a beautiful surprise.

If I was being picky, the TV would have been better viewing lower down, but it's impractical in this well laid out unit.

Liz and Gary welcomed us to the motel which was very reassuring as we had to deal with a medical episode and didn't get to the motel until late evening. Both very friendly and accommodating and the stay was very comfortable. Many thanks to Liz and Gary

The room was exceptionally clean and smelt fresh as soon as you walked in and the décor was tasteful and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and shower very clean. The hosts Gary and Liz were so friendly and we enjoyed a chat with them. Nothing was a problem for them and were quick to replace our toaster. Thanks Gary and Liz for a lovely 2 night stay.

The managers were very friendly, and the hospitality was excellent! My family prefer to stay at Cousins because we visit our cousins there!
