The staff were amazing, so friendly and very accommodating and welcoming. Also, the water was great in the shower - it was super warm and heated up faster than my shower back home. Room was very clean, smelt nice, towels changed daily, as well as bins. Beds were made daily too. BBQ area was also very nice to use. The overall experience was just great.

I guess this isn’t exactly something the motel can easily change, but it would’ve been nice to have a bigger sink in the bathroom with more bench space considering we also had to use it for any kitchen utensils. Also supplying hand wash and detergent would be helpful, but I’m sure these are supplied in rooms with an actual kitchen anyways. In the future, I’d probably just book a room at your motel with kitchen facilities!

The accommodation was really nice and the bed very comfortable. The service at the front desk was really great and made it super easy to check in and out. Basic amenities and they have cutlery and bowls etc in the room which was nice.

The location might have been a little far away IF you need to be close to things but if you have a car it is minutes away. I would stay here for multiple days if needed.

The room was very clean and nice to be in. Couldn't really hear any of the people staying in the other rooms next door.

The A/C was quite loud throughout the night, the bed was a little hard but that is like most hotels so wasn't too bad and there wasn't any little milks in the fridge to make a tea or coffee.

Clean, tidy. Obviously recently painted and recarpeted. Bathroom had been renovated and also the exterior stairs, verandahs and buildings have been painted and kept well presented.

Way way way too much deodoriser in the room. I suffer from hayfever and partner is slightly sensitive to scents but wow the perfumed deodoriser was way over the top. We had to open all windows and turn the fans on to air the room out.

Cottage was spotlessly clean. There was a large bathroom including a washer and dryer. An equally good sized bedroom with king bed, separate living room, and well equipped kitchen. Situated around three kilometres from the town centre it was very quiet at night and an easy walk to and from restaurants.

Staff were lovely. Room was comfy and well maintained. Unlike many motels, even included a microwave which would be useful for someone travelling for work and trying to save money on dinners.

Modern, large shower... With an awful shower head that does not meet the standard set by everything else. Slightly noisy between rooms, sound proofing could've been done better.

Spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and bathroom with laundry facilities The bed and pillows were very comfortable Full size fridge and enough tea, coffee and sugar for the whole week we were in residence. Quiet surroundings, quite a surprise, this will be our go to accommodation in Inverell in future

The check in and check out process was easy and owners were very friendly and helpful with places to eat and visit. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. We had a spa room which was not the conventional room lay out but it worked. In room breakfast was served on time and was yummy.

Wished there was more storage space for luggage.

Did not have breakfast..but room was very nicely appointed, bed comfortable, everything clean ,great amenities..

Guest next door coming home making noise & waking me after I had just gotten to sleep after 12 hr journey! Not fault of motel..but signs around may have been helpful, because some people need to be reminded re other guests!

I've stated a number of times now at the motel and have had a comfortable room which is always clean and fresh. The staff are welcoming and ensure that you know what is available in the area if it's your first time visiting the area.
