The location is in the middle of town and walking distance to just about everything. At the time were there, the lift was out of order so anyone that doesn't like stairs would not have been able to stay. The room was well set out and access to the front balcony for afternoon drinks was very good.

most younger people would like the contactless system, but personally I prefer to look someone in the eyes -- everything is done by SMS. Not having a door on the bathroom is a big issue for the wife (older woman). Not sure what was going on, but the music was cranked up and at one stage there was only staff in the place - fortunately it did stop about 9pm. They ONLY sell craft beers -- if your into that type of thing then this is for you -- sorry, nit for me.

This accomodation was even better than I imagined. I arrived late (7.30pm) and the contactless entry was seemless. The renovation of this hotel and accomodation is second to none, with wonderful attention to detail. I stayed in Room 3 and arrived to the glow of an electric fireplace and a warm cosy room. There is a QR Code on the back of the door or on the mantel that gives you all the information you will need for your stay. This room was immaculately clean. The huge bathroom includes a deep bath, which I treated myself to, and luxurious bathrobes and bathroom products are provided. The king bed, and its beautiful linen, was very comfortable. There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room, with an accessible kitchenette on the same level that was very clean and well stocked with fruit, cereals and small bottles of milk. I loved the Mezzanine level, it's comfortable lounges and that I could enjoy the Saturday night entertainment, from the Welders Dog Bar below. I had access to the front verandah and it was a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy my complimentry morning coffee and sourdough crumpet (to die for) from the Fill coffee shop directly below the accomodation. This accomodation was true value for money.

It tends to get quite noisy with the bar downstairs and its entertainment, especially being a weekend. However there are earplugs provided in the bedside draws if you need them. It can be difficult (having arrived late) to get something for dinner onsite. The Welders Dog downstairs has a delicious bar menu however the kitchen was closed by the time I got down there at 8pm. I ended up getting something from the noodle shop a few doors down and taking it back to my room.

Perfect stay in a great space. New York style setting with apparent bricks , very quiet , great amenities.

The only oddity being that the entire place is an open space, which includes the bathroom/toilet that doesn’t have any door which can lead to a lack of privacy especially when going to the toilet. We were two friends travelling together : we definitely now know each other much better ;-) As per for the mini bar, a great addition would be a little Nespresso machine as instant coffee is a bit “passé” but there is a great little cafe serving good coffees just at the entrance of the building.

We had a spacious room, fitted out really well with a super comfy bed. Decor was exceptional and eveything very clean. Check-in and out was easy. We only stayed one night.

The barn door to the bathroom did not sit flush "excuse the pun" so not private to the rest of the apartment. The music downstairs was really loud, but we were grateful that it finished before we went to bed. The lift was not working and we had to use the stairs with our bags but we were sent a message ahead of time to let us know.

This is a stylish new renovation of an old hotel. We liked the convenient location in one of the main streets in Inverell. There was a friendly coffee shop downstairs where we had a light breakfast, and a bar next door. There were other restaurants and cafes nearby. Check-in was contactless, so we didnt actually see any staff, but facilities were good, the room was clean and comfortable. There was also a share kitchen at the end of the corridor where guests could prepare meals if they want.

The one small thing we didnt like was the lack of a door on the bathroom. Personally I would prefer the toilet to be private.

A beautiful renovation that was pleasing to the eye for the attention to detail incorporating both its previous history with a modern sleekness. Its atmosphere was immediately restful and its comfort and cleanliness did not disappoint. The small details mattered from the lovely body wash and lotions to the well appointed kitchenette down the hall complete with little goodies. Digital check in was seamless. Absolutely look forward to a return stay and recommending Oxford on Otho is easy, it was faultless.

It was very well appointed and quite unexpected for a country town.

Not much - but someone opted to run the laundry at 3:00am. The laundry door has a notice on hours of use and should have been locked. The continental breakfast was basically small packets of Kellogg’s cereals and the ridiculously small coffee milks. No bread or condiments on offer. This really cheapened what was otherwise a classy stay. We were also bombarded with multiple messages on the stay, checking in etc that found have been limited to about two.

Great experience overall. Beautiful room. Great location. Hosts made it easy to understand how there is no reception and how to gain access. The bed was comfy. Great selection of teas (very important for this tea lover!) I loved all the extra touches of how to find out more information with the QR code in the room.

Not that it was an issue, but the tv was located in an awkward spot. I wonder if it could be mounted to swing out from the wall so you can watch tv from the bed.

Location was great. Comfort and cleanliness excellent. Just a little pricey for me travelling on my own- but I have paid for accommodation say $50 cheaper and was disappointed by comfort and cleanliness. So you get what you pay for - all round positive review. I would stay there again simply for the location and walking distance to everything. Staff were pleasant and accommodating to deal with and my stay was seamless. Always good when you are on the road for work.

The correspondence via email made checking in easy and hassle-free. The hotel was beautifully presented and the room was exceptional. It was comfortable and the dressing gowns supplied were so soft. The bottles of water and free coffee cards were unexpected and a lovely touch. Incredible value for money. A must-stay when staying in Inverell.

I would have liked to meet Emily and thank her in person for offering a magnificent room
