Amazing A++++ location, great park facilities and the pool and water slides are a huge bonus. Price through booking.com was soooo much cheaper than going through the park itself.

The cabin wasn’t clean. It is in desperate need of a really good clean. The pink scum in the shower in all the grout lines is not good. There’s dust and grime built up in the corners of the rooms/benches/shelves etc and the glass on the windows had kids hand prints and smears all over them. The hasn’t been cleaned in some time. Cleaners seem like they must be super rushed to get through all the cabins to be cleaned. I think the cleaners need to be allowed more time to complete the cleaning process in each cabin.

Loved the waterfront cabin, it had an incredible view and was very comfortable. A lovely brand new cabin to stay in. The service was great, very friendly staff. The facilities looked very nice and the kids had a great time on the jumping pillow. Loved the food trucks. The location was super convenient too, I would definitely consider returning The atmosphere was so nice, I just wish they had camp fires for toasting marshmallows... .

We walked into our cabin with a clogged sink but maintenance came and fixed it immediately. Overall the cabin was a little bit dirty (hand prints on the walls and such). The T.V had issues too. The pool was far too cold despite being advertised as heated, my 5-year old started turning blue. The games room was disappointing, 2 of the machines took our tokens but didn't work.

I stayed in the deluxe marina 3 bedroom.cabin. It was comfortable, but sometimes the cabin can shake a bit, especially when people go up and down the stairs. The couch and beds were comfortable. The 2 heated pools were good-sized and clean. They kids loved the jumping pillow and cold water splash park with the waterside. There is a small game room but the games are not free. Also, there was a laundry with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. I would definitely recommend this holiday park, and it's only a quick 8-10 minute drive to local shops and restaurants. Also, there is a basketball ring that my kids absolutely loved. We brought our own basketball.

There are no fans in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is no clothes drying rack for wet swimmers. No wifi, even though it said it had it on their website.

We thought the facilities being pool, waterpark and jumping pillow was great for our grandchild and we were able to be interactive with her. The security of the park was also very well orchestrated with entry and exit being by fob that came with cabin key. It made us feel more secure. The park was nice and quiet around our cabin.

In the description of our cabin on the web page it stated a double bed and single bed in one room. Once we arrived in the cabin it was a double bed with a single bunk over the top. The bunk states not for ages under 9, which is totally understandable which meant our granddaughter had to sleep in the double bed with her mother and I had to take the bunk. It is not really suitable for a 53 year old to be climbing the ladder to the bunk as it was quite difficult. This should be mentioned in the configuration when the cabin for 5 sleeping details are provided. I ended up sleeping on the couch the second night, which was comfier than the bunk.

The facilities, there was so much to do there!

We ordered the deluxe cabin onto the ground because we have a pram and two children. We got there and were given the cabin on stilts. The woman I spoke to said that's what I ordered and was really unhelpful and rude about it. I showed her my booking and she said since the floods they updated all those cabins to be on stilts but hadn't updated the photos online. She didn't offer me anything else. I had to ask to be relocated. The Sunday staff were not helpful at all.

This was one of the very best locations in which we have ever rented a holiday home. Right on the Murray river bend opposite the trees where lots of the local birds spend the evening, with a big balcony to enjoy the (very loud!) birdsong and sunset. The apartment was very well equipped: comfy beds, a very warm bathroom light (which was lovely in the winter, but I'm not sure what that would be like in summer). The highlight was the kookaburra who liked to sit on the next-door balcony for long periods.

If I had to find something to complain about, the knife drawer in the kitchen made us smile because it contained nothing but a grand total of 3 really small knives all ceremoniously lined up.

We were met at reception by Leeanne, Marley and Rikki. We were then booked in quickly and efficiently and shown how to get to our cabin. Once at the cabin we unpacked our luggage and entered the cabin, only to find there was no spa? I walked back to reception and asked if one of the ladies could check my booking for me. I was advised that due to some flooding and the availability of a better room, we were upgraded for free. What happened next TRULY BLEW ME AWAY, we were handed a 2nd key to a spa cabin and told to stay in the cabin we were upgraded to but also make use of the spa cabin aswell, at our leisure. I declined but the ladies were not taking no for an answer. We did make use of the spa cabin on 1 occasion during our stay. My wife and I were so grateful for what the ladies done for us, we gave them some flowers and chockies. The cabins were super clean and tidy, although there were a few stains on the couch and arm of the couch. The facilities were great and provided us with many laughs and fun times. ( The laughs were Mostly at my expence). So much work has been done to the park in the past few months due to flooding, It is a credit to the staff and groundsman for the work that has been done. The staff made our holiday so memorable and fun, that we have already decided to return in 2024 but with a bigger crowd. Thankyou to the staff, (cleaners included) and we WILL be back 100%. The 2 bedroom cabin is plenty big enough for 2-4 people, there us bedding for 6 ppl, but I feel 6 would be crowded. This park is one of the best if not the best I have stayed in, and I have no hesitation in recommending it to other travellers.

Well, there is always something that not everyone likes, isn't there? For our group the thing we didn't like to do was pack up and leave this awesome park.

Excellent value for money. Quiet, with views over the Murray. Cabin is elevated to prevent potential flood damage with double car park directly underneath. Fully self contained with good cooking Facilaties. Coin laundry on site.

No Wi-Fi in my cabin but still had 4G mobile coverage. Maybe because they are still recovering from the recent floods. Not really suitable for those who don’t like stairs. Missed the dishwasher, Old school, had to wash them by hand….. maybe I’m just lazy. ……

The location and facilities are perfect. 2 pools, 1 warm 1 cold! Jumping pillow, splash zone and right on the river which has a swing! Also has a kids zone outdoor with movie on each night. Has 2 pontoon boats for hire $200 for 3hrs or $450 for a day, book early as they get booked out.

An indoor cinema room would be good. Some of the cabins are a bit dated. Price of cabins could be slightly cheaper!

The location was great. Our position within the park was excellent. Close to everything. Our childrem met news friends and gad a wonderful time.- We had after hours power failure, which turned to be the electric kettle. This was replace quickly. Appreciated. A big shout out to Hamish for going out of hours to retrive a footbal which was left in the room by our boys. A most enjoyable stay. Thank you to all staff.
