Convenient location, good value for money, well maintained traditional motel. Handy walk to the river, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Not on the main highway, some traffic noise but calms down at night.

2 bowls, plates and knives and forks would have been handy. There were 2 fridges and a microwave after all. Like many older motels, walls are thin and noise travels, but the other guests were considerate.

Have stayed at this hotel a 3 times in the last year. It is always good. Very busy and usually full. It is past the main road so is quiet. Close to a good variety of food choices. Owners are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and great for travellers.

I’ve would have liked crockery and cutlery. there was a kettle and toaster, but no plates or knife etc. thankfully we had packed some, but it was quite disappointing, especially given our other accommodation on the trip had thought of these things. Also, a bin out the front would have been brilliant. we used the supplied rubbish bin, but like to clean up after ourselves, and didn’t want to leave our scraps in the room.

Very roomy, light, quiet, spotless room with good natural air flow. Easy walk to nearby pubs and green areas.

Facilities for own breakfast - toaster etc., but nothing offered by way of continental breakfast pack so necessary to walk or drive to cafes...

On a very hot travelling day the host had turned on our air-conditioner before our arrival which we were so grateful for. The beds were extremely comfy and the bedding was clean and crisp. The room in general was great. The location was a short walk to the local RSL which was a good stretch of the legs before a tasty dinner.

The pool was smaller than it looked in the photos and the water quality was very poor. The blinds in the room didn't black out much light, which is difficult to get the kids to sleep. We used a spare blanket to block the sun out.

The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with all the facilities you would need. The pool and area was clean and inviting along with an outdoor setting in front of room. It is situated close to main shopping area and multiple eateries.

I can't fault this accommodation, it was definitely value for money.

Comfortable bed and lovely powerful shower. Bars of soap and shampoo provided instead of useless pump dispensers Allocated parking spaces.

No power points at bedside. If you need power for CPAP etc bring your own extension lead and power board.

The manager/owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. I had no trouble booking in or booking out. Everything was in top condition and working. The bed was very comfortable.

The traffic was a bit noisy but it went quiet in plenty of time to get a good nights sleep.

The location was very good within walking distance to most things and walking distance to the Services Club. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. All in all a nice stay to begin our trip.

There was nothing to not like and very lovely town.
