the bed was comfortable and the show had good pressure and hot water. continental breakfast was nice to be included.

Got charged two fees for room service. I did offer to pay for my room service food at the restaurant counter but the staff member was very flustered so I said put it on my room. there was a $5 fee for room service that I agreed to but then I was also charged a ‘charge back’ fee of $6. I only ordered soup so the fees were half the bill. The room rate was $30 dearer thru Booking.com then booking directly. will book directly next time.

Arrived late, seamless access for a tired traveller.

Unaware the restaurant was closed on a Sunday. Brekky included...continental only. No coffee....machine or percolated. Instant only.

We regularly stay here. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. We had a walk-in shower this trip which felt much safer than over bath shower plus plenty of hot water, always appreciated when travelling. We enjoyed the continental breakfast - cereal, juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt and toast more than enough for our start to the day. I know the restaurant is a separate entity but our meals were excellent and quite reasonably priced. Would prefer garden view room to our room on the road side, however traffic noise was not an issue overnight.

The property while original 1980s decor has been well maintained and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but that suits me travelling for work. The owner, also the front desk, was very engaging and we had a nice chat about the property and business.

I didn’t really dislike anything about my stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable plus friendly staff. I notice other reviews mention the decor but I’m not moving in! The 80s were a great time and this property is well maintained. Yes, there are some dated fittings but the owner is updating rooms so that should fix any minor issues.

not told that shower was in bath - difficult for people with a disability perhaps should be in your information sheet, also a little surprised that there was no wardrobe or hanging space for clothes, which OK for short term stay as iron and ironing board accessible

The room was spacious and had a nice outlook onto the pool area. We were visiting the area to attend an event at Hope Estate which was only 20 mins or so by taxi. We ended up just staying at the hotel the first night and the restaurant exceeded our expectations. To our surprise it was just like a German schnitzelhaus, with a bar serving steins and other drinks. Food was great, would recommend the pork knuckle and German flatbread, the had plenty of other options also.

Balcony furniture was brittle

Very comfortable stay, quiet room, much quieter than I expected given the property is adjacent to the highway. Good food in the restaurant at reasonable prices, same for drinks at the bar - plenty of range and reasonable price.

Probably a little far out of the centre of town if you want to walk in of a night. But as the motel is self sufficient for food and drinks it didn't bother me too much.

Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, best chicken schnitzel I've ever had, restaurant staff attentive and helpful with recommendations. The rooms are a clean, and spacious, very comfy bed. Glad to see there's now a coffee machine at the provided breakfast.

Breakfast is rather ho hum, even for a continental.

The motel was clean and tidy. Room was clean. The beds had mattresses protectors. Sheets and towels were clean. They provided right number of glasses, towels, cups etc. based on number of people.

The breakfast that was included in the price could have been better. It was just toast, butter, jam, milk, cereals, coffee, tea. Baked beans, some veggies or eggs could be a very good addition.
