The location was very good, very close to the harbour, the beaches and the shopping centre. The room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. A nice bed and bed linen, a lovely hot shower, crockery and cutlery provided and an electric jug to make a morning coffee. Although the room was a little tired with a couple of small maintenance issues, everything was in working order. The receptionist was amazing, friendly and efficient. We accidently locked ourselves out of the room at 9.00 pm. We rang the emergency number, she gave instructions to provide a replacement key when the key did not work, she arrived at the motel to open the door for us. She went out of her way to let us into the room at night. A big thank you for the service she gave. This was our second visit to the motel and we would re-book happily.

Just a couple of little tweaks needed to replace the magnet which holds the door open and maintenance to make the screen door open more easily. An adjustment needed to stop the table from rocking.

That it was close to all the cafes and wharf and we had a beautiful view of the water

The floor was really dirty , our feet were very black , I had to use wet wipes to clean the floor myself . There bathroom tiles were really dirty also . The grout is black. The fridge wasn’t working so they replaced it on the last day of our stay. The bed and pillows had an awful smell to it, I’m not sure if they changed it before we got there

Great location, quiet, spacious and super clean. Easy access for a late check-in. Walking distance from shops, restaurants and ocean. The one bed appartment was spacious and comfy. Bathroom was super clean and shower head was excellent. No issue with the hot water. Beds were super comfy and the heater worked perfectly for that time of the year. Balcony was perfect. Did I already mention that it was super close to everything, though super quiet ?! I wouldnt overthink and instead, I will immediately book again. Ratio price/quality was excellent.

Furniture/deco were outdated but gives you that Aussie Motel vibe, not really a big issue.

Check-in was fast and easy, and all aspects of the hotel were pointed out. The room was large super clean with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. With plenty of restaurants within walking distance just around the corner. What else could one want.

The room was simple but the bed was so comfortable which is why it was our second stay with this motel. Courtyard was great with thoughtful amenities.

Nothing I didn't like, just can't comment on staff because we didn't speak or see any. Did get prompt notification of self service option to access the room.

Large comfy bed, spacious clean room with its own little courtyard, the bathroom had good water pressure in the shower, good lighting, extraction fan and lock on the door. There was a hairdryer, iron, fridge, kettle and microwave. The motel is walking distance to restaurants, cafes, Kmart and supermarket.

The peeling paint on the shower ceiling - but that didn’t bother me at all. Strangely there was no toaster in the room so we couldn’t make breakfast. I mentioned this to the receptionist when checking out because I didn’t want them to think that I had run off with their toaster. She said that none of the rooms have toasters because it sets off the smoke alarms and that they couldn’t have smoke alarms going off in the night! Over the last ten days I have stayed in six or more cabins and motels and they ALL had toasters and some of them had hot plates too! It’s not a big deal but I didn’t appreciate the excuse very much.

The location was good as it was walking this distance to restaurants and I liked that it had a timber floor instead of carpet which makes it cleaner and no dust

What I didn’t like about the property was the letter left in the room .saying that if you didn’t wash up your your cups and dishes that you would be charged $75 and several other things we would be charged a fee. We did use 2 cups that night and I did wash them up but this letter was enough for me to not want to go back to this hotel.

very happy with everything there location was exceptionally great, room and the service was very good also but wifi wasnt very good in the room we were in not sure of reason for low wifi. only small thing was missing bedside table for single bed but we made do with the luggage table no problem they had to cancel there breakfast room due to covid no problem at all brought our own overall loved everything there great hotel stayed few times before very happy

What a great motel, Value for money, Amazing service , the staff and head office were so fantastic! We will be coming back to stay for sure. Motel so clean! The view from our top corner room was beautiful. Easy walk to all shops and food.

Obviously your not going to see brand new and modern in a motel, but having everything so clean and absolute value for money ..... THERE WAS NOTHING WE DIDN'T LIKE!

Reception staff friendly and very helpful. The location was close to shopping, and places to eat. Must try fresh fish and chips at the wharf down the road, you will not be disappointed! Spa in bathroom was great, balcony was lovely to sit on and enjoy a bevy or two will watching the world go by.

Bedroom lights didn’t work, and parking was a little tight and packed for a 4wd Ute.
