the space in the apartment, air-conditioning, cooking facilities, laundry facilities and the balcony with the ocean view every morning. The efficiency of the owner replacing the washing machine that was faulty and resort staff were unaware of at the beginning of my stay. fabulous resort and friendly staff members to deal with very helpful with providing me with the use of the staff laundering my clothes when i was out of a washing machine. professional attitude and top notch service

on the last night the neighbors were tapping on the glass squares and then looking through the louvres and trying to climb over the balcony according to my partner and was annoying

Having breakfast included in our stay was the deal maker.....a lovely breakfast too....Nice location has a sea pool and the beach and the hotel had a pool...a good choice for swimming in that area... .

The walls were a bit thin...we could hear a few noises from the other apartment.....the company may need to supervise children in the spa......in one instance I was in the spa...4 kids came in...2 youngest kept putting their heads under the water and splashing around......kids under 14 should not be allowed in the spa with out their parents...would be a good policy for the adults enjoying the spa..... The choice of food is limited in that area to pub food or pizza...would be nice to have other food shops open up like Indian, Greek, or healthier options.....

The location is fantastic!

The breakfast could be better. Just one egg and toast, no tea or coffee included. Charge a little extra or eliminate it all together.

This resort is in a great location, with beautiful views of the ocean. The included breakfast was great! The staff, Jake in particular, were really friendly and accommodating. The included parking was also very secure and wifi included in the room was fast. We also loved that we could cast to the TV to be able to unwind and watch our favourite shows

The beds were quite lumpy and not very comfortable. Whilst the general cleaning in the apartment was of an acceptable standard, the apartment could probably do with a deep clean to address things like air conditioners (the room smelt a bit musty) and the curtains were stained.

The facilities were amazing, the beach was just a short walk away as well. We were lucky enough to get a room on the top floor as well and the view was spectacular. Shops weren't too far away either, you could either walk or drive there. There were restaurants and cafe's right by the hotel as well and the food there was amazing as well. We get breakfast included, they gave us vouchers for each day.

The constant going up and down in an elevator definitely wasn't a pleasant experience. Other than that there wasn't anything else that we had issues with.

Perfect location! Restaurants & playgrounds all within walking distance. Beautiful ocean view from the room. The room was great! It had everything we needed, including dishwasher & washing machine & dryer. Ultiqa even provided the washing powder at reception. That was such a bonus! Living area at the front balcony & bedrooms at the back where it was less bright. Perfect for tired kids!

I just wished the balcony was bigger!

I didn’t get the breakfast, the menu didn’t look very nice. One piece of bacon and one egg, looked like away to get business not really providing a proper breakfast.

No space to store clothes or suitcase in the studio. Only hanging space.

Location and facilities. We also appreciated the washing and ironing facilities, and free breakfast too.

We booked and paid on-line, and this was confirmed. Then the site phoned us to say the room was now no longer available, and advised us to cancel our booking at booking.com. Booking.com then told us we would need to pay their cancellation fees, which put a very bad taste in our minds. We contacted the site, and they offered a 1 bedroom apartment (initially at an extra charge, then after a while came back with “at price we had paid”, which we accepted). If that was offered up front, we would have been quite happy!!!

The view and location are great, and why we keep coming back. The included breakfasts .are an excellent way to start the day.

Nothing, really. Everything in the room worked as it should and satisfied our needs We'll be back again in the future.

We had a room overlooking the ocean and we actually spotted whales from our balcony! The view was so good and we went to the local surf club and the local tavern for drinks and dinner which we walked to, so close. The room was spacious and well appointed with a little table, a desk, and a little couch. We loved it. The resident dog Charli was a cutie too. <3

The pool and spa needed a bit of love.
