Location, Location. Quiet no through street. There is a pool if you don't want to go to the beach but it is only 1 minutes' walk to the beach and boardwalk. Very short walk to restaurants, in both directions. The unit has been updated since our last time here and is so light and bright. View from balcony is of the ocean and as a bonus ships pass within sight to and from Brisbane. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the whole experience for us has been extremely positive and we will be coming back here.

There is nothing we disliked or could be improved.

Not enough cutlery, crockery etc. One sachet each of washing up, dishwashing products, shampoo and conditioner for 3 people for 5 days is clearly insufficient, and just a bit mean. Not enough chairs in lounge room. Lounge not comfortable or practical for older people. Good apartment, could be really lovely with more and better facilities.

The location was fantastic as it was close to everything you need. Malcolm has an awesome sense of humour and brought a smile to my face with each interaction. They addressed any needs that we had during our stay.

The retro kitchen and bathroom could do with a renovation. The bed lights need instructions to find the switch but they helped us with that.

Location is absolutely magic. Excellent room for families. Easy ground floor access. Good kitchen and Laundry areas. Comfy Bedding.

Bathroom is a bit small & possibly a bit noisy if you are not use to little kids as living area opens onto pool area... but we honeslty didnt spend alot of time in the room as the beach was way too beautiful & we were attended the Music Festival. Thank you. :)

The balcony & view we're amazing. Beds were comfy. Easy walk to cafe's & the beach front. Everything we needed. Value for money.

A few updates in shower & toilet. Both needed replacing, cistern was quite old and the shower had water spurting out all over the place. Windows were hard to open, bathroom could use an exhaust fan. 2nd bedroom had no bedside lamp.

Fantastic position. Apartment was very comfortable. Quiet and clean. Easy walk to Caloundra shops, kids loved the pool and access to the beach. Nice coffee just around the corner at Kings. Beds comfortable, kitchen well appointed. Good security. Wifi is good. You connect to your own streaming apps via the tv or you have free to air. Would definitely stay again.

Location is excellent - close to beach, cafes, shops Very well looked after older style unit, had everything we needed for a stay at the beach, great pool, lovely caretaker/manager, portable bbq you can book to use on the balcony is a great idea as it is maintained in a clean safe condition

Lovely location. Great Host very helpful. Relatively cheap price compared to other places. Very quiet. Clean. A lift, undercover parking and secure.

Sadly, no broom or vacuum cleaner. No plug near the single bed only at foot end. Not many blankets. Decor was a bit bitsy. Could not open bedroom windows. No air con in bedrooms for those staying in summer

Loved the location, the unit was spotlessly clean and tidy with ask the facilities required and a lovely view of the beach from the balcony. Very quiet location within walking distance of most things in Caloundra.

Sometimes the lifts didn't work when we were trying to get out with our client with a disability, it no way did it stop us though, we just took the longer walk.

The unit afforded magnificent views. It had an open plan living area that was compact but roomy. The balcony provided an indoor outdoor feel. The bed was comfortable and sleeping to the sound of the ocean was very relaxing. Watching the ships from the balcony was fun. We loved our stay here. Thank you so very much.

My husband had a slip on the tiles in the shower. As he is disabled this was an issue for his safety. Also it would be helpful to have some baking trays and grill tray for the oven.
