The location is amazing - Kings Beach is right across the little path with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The pool is also great, especially for children. The spa bath and the private rooftop were nice extras as well.

The unit was still dirty: sand in most areas, the bedsheets were dirty, and some of the glasses appeared to have only been rinsed with water and put back (as they stunk of off milk). I was initially worried that the unit only had sliding doors seeing as we were travelling with 2 children under 3 but that wasn't a problem in the end.

We were very impressed with this resort. The location is amazing. We had the two bedroom swim up room no 38. The room itself was great - modern furnishings, very comfy bed and spotlessly clean. It was also very quiet. The resort also hires out beach towels and boogie boards for the duration of your stay. It is a short walk to the main street in Caloundra and right on the beautiful boardwalk. Initially I was tossing up between this place and a room with an oceanview a few blocks from the beach. I'm so glad we went with Rolling Surf as having the beach at your doorstep was fantastic.

Conveniently located on Kings Beach and close to all amenities that we required. Lovely big apartment with all facilities needed for a comfy stay. Spa bath was a treat. Full working laundry and kitchen had everything we needed. Will try for an ocean view apartment next time we stay.

We had a poolside apartment which had our private entry into the pool from the patio. However the steps were a challenge to get into and out of the pool. Very straight down and slippery. Also pool was very cold as these apartments during May did not get any sun so a bit of a waste paying extra for this amenity and sitting on the balcony was in the shade.

The view from the 2 bedroom ocean view appt number 25 was AMAZING!! we felt so lucky waking up in the morning in the main bedroom and watching the waves and surfers from our bed. The pool area was lovely and the games room looked good. It's in a great location with cafes, fish n chip shop located in front of the resort and walking distance to many different restaurants.

It wasn't a big deal for us as we only stayed 3 nights but we discovered on our last morning that the dryer wasn't working. We left a note so I'm sure it's been rectified.

Location was great - right near the beach, with cafe's, bars and restaurants downstairs and more within easy reach. Apartment was quite spacious, and the pool looked great, although we didn't use it because it was not really swimming weather. Having a full kitchen and laundry in the apartment was very convenient and a great money saving feature. Our room was poolside, but we had glimpses of the ocean from the balcony.

Some tables in the lounge area (coffee table or side table) would have been useful. Our parking space was a pain - right up against a wall with limited turning space, but not much they could do about that.

Location was great. Spotless unit. Had top floor bbq area but not much sun on pool top area so didn't use it much. Whilst the pool is heated, it didn't get much sun either but my grandson enjoyed a dip at 5pm. Bonus we didn't realise that it was a Vintage Muscle car weekend & lots of hot cars on display & Rock & Roll & live bands on the weekend. We had a lovely spa bath & visited our favourite Ann's Thai Restaurant in Mooloolaba - yummy Thai food & generous servings. We ate in & still bought lots of leftovers home for next day.

We had trouble getting the tv settings right but management came up & helped us twice. Impressed.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view. I was appreciative of how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils and appliances. This helped with cooking meals for our family. We loved the pool and how easy it was to access the beach and coffee shops from the hotel.

It would be better if there were more of the basic necessities. For example, there was only one sachet of dishwasher detergent and dishwashing liquid and two rolls of toilet paper. For a family of 5 for 4 nights, this didn’t last very long.

Great location right opposite the beach & 2 nice cafes right at the front, & fish n chip shop. Huge pool that never felt crowded.

considering it's meant to be self contained, they could provide a weeks worth of basics like toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, cooking oil, salt & pepper for example, not just 1 days worth or have option to purchase small amounts from the office, not have to walk it back from the supermarket which is not that close

The location was amazing, you stroll off the property and onto the beach. An outside shower to rinse off sand and salt before returning to our room and the pool was fabulous. There was a café/restaurant/bar on the beach side of the property. Great for dinner and for unwinding at the end of the day. There was also live music there. You can log into your Netflix account and there was a washer & dryer inside the apartment. There was also a clothes airer provided as well as an iron and ironing board. There was a lovely breeze out on the balcony and it was a fabulous spot to eat breakfast.

The apartment-style car park had very narrow parking spaces, and getting a mid-sized SUV into the assigned area was difficult.

Location was great, right on the beach. Close to sights but definitely need a car. We like the warm and cold option of the pools. Room was huge, very clean and had all we needed. Queen bed was lovely. Loved the drying rack and washing machine. Loved the shutters for privacy.

Single beds on wheels, quite dangerous at times, moved. Not enough towels. Ladders don't go all the way into the pool so quite difficult and unsafe to get out of the pool to get to the room. A laundry powder/dish liquid vending machine would be good. Tiles very slippery in lounge are, would benefit from large non slip mat. Pool looked a lot bigger on the website.
