The Beds were very comfortable and private undercover parking outside our room. Quiet rooms solid bessa brick walls.close proximity to town and a fantastic fruit stand under the trees right across the road from the motel selling all kinds of beautiful local fruit.

Restaurant wasn’t open and Aircon was a bit noisy at night

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Barrier Reef Motel, Innisfail. And I felt compelled to share my positive experience, particularly regarding the outstanding service provided by the gentleman at the reception. Handled my check in swiftly. Made me feel valued as a guest. The room was clean, Comfortable, and well maintained. The amenities provided added value to my stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this motel to others.

Comfortable beds friendly staff, quiet rooms convenient parking under cover tin roof. We were in town for a funeral and it was just around the corner walking distance from motel. Close to restaurants only short drive.

Restaurant was not operating due to staff shortages, noise Aircon .

Good size room. Clean and comfy great location

Front door stiff difficult to open or close. Couldn’t find light in hall way so at night difficult to get key in lock Shower head wouldn’t stay up

Simple check in / out process. Plenty of parking and open parking for larger cars. Breakfast was generous in size and good quality. It was also the cleanest place we stayed in so far on our 8 day drive up north.

The light outside our room in corridor was on all night. All exterior lights on / not on sensors which just meant we had light through our door all night. Not a big deal.

Great little room, Ordered food from the restaurant as room service.( what a fantastic service that is) and it was probably the best feed we have had in a long time.

Clean room, plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. Mirror on the wall to assist with dressing. Kitchenette and bathroom facilities were well stocked. Good storage space for luggage and clothing.

There was a bit of noise between the rooms with doors opening and closing.

This motel was great for a short stay. Rooms were very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. Town, shops and restaurants were only short 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Innisfail.

Enviro friendly soaps and shampoo dispenser rather than all the little plastic bottles. Clean and tidy, excellent blockout blinds, we all slept until 8am which is unheard-of normally but we thought it was only 5am because it was still so dark.

The price. If itwas cheaper, I would have stayed longer but $230 / night is a lot for 1 night.

Breakfast was very good. Always right on time. Good value for money. Motel very quiet, extremely clean, very friendly staff & management. Accommodating any requests. We were a large group & they put on a special breakfast for us.

All very good. Much more comfortable than a stay we had recently in a Mantra property.
