Place is immaculate, I have severe dust allergies and have never stayed in a place this clean. It didn't trigger my allergies. The rooms are well insulated and soundproof (tested by our cranky, tired, loud 2-year-old that had just learnt to squeal, but the people next door heard nothing). Amenities were good, with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. They also have a bbq and laundry. Hot water is hot and has great pressure. Good wifi. Owners were lovely. My husband had more interaction with them as he took our kid for walks to work off leftover energy. We visited to go hiking out at Crows Nest National Park, and it was lovely to find this place. We will be back at some point.

Lighting in rooms could be brighter for the main lights but still good.

It was a nice motel, with lovely spring flowers in the garden. We liked that there was a BBQ which we used one night. The room was very large, well appointed and the bathroom was one of the largest and nicest we have had in a Motel.

It was very impersonal, we never saw a staff member in the 3 nights we were there. We received a text msg as we were about to arrive, and that our room was unlocked and the key inside, which was ok as we had already paid. I was disappointed they took the money from our account just days after I had booked the room, weeks ahead of our stay, unlike most motels who only take the money on your arrival. Our room wasn't serviced our whole stay, and we had to empty our own bin as we were having breakfast and dinner in the room so had food scraps etc., that were getting smelly. Also that meant our tea, coffee, milk etc., and toiletries weren't being topped up daily, so only had the equivalent of one days worth provided, and it was one of the most expensive places we stayed in.

Location. Rooms were very good.

We requested rooms for 6 adults and 4 children for 2 nights. The rooms provided were for 3 children only. When we queried this with the owner a family room was available at considerable extra cost, as we discovered later This seemed to be a problem with Booking.com in recommending room types. We should say that the owner was accommodating in finding a cabin at the van park (same owner) given that one of our family had a small blind dog that was not allowed in the motel room.

A warm welcome from the owner made a great first impression. The rooms were perfectly decorated and very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you Crows Nest Motel for a wonderful stay.

This was an above average motel with ample seating and extremely clean. Not to be missed.

Clean and fresh. lounge chairs etc.

We changed our motel room for a cabin at the camping site( same ownership). So our review is about a cabin!! Very nice that we could change, helpfull lady!! This cabin was very nice( number 68).

The motel room was good but not in a nice setting. Thats the reason why we changed.

Location, convenient, tidy, clean.

No key was left for our door inside the unit as confirmed. This meant having to pack our stuff up and put it in my sons room so we could go out. Tried to contact the manager but no one returned our call. We called early Saturday morning and the cleaners left us a key.

The cleanliness, quiet and comfort. Plenty of room

There was no cutlery or crockery! We found this as poor given the room was advertised to include a microwave. Which there was. We are in our mid sixties - had wine, cheese and bread and the cheese and bread (😏) cut with a teaspoon. However, when management was advised they were very apologetic. I hope our next trip there, and there will be one, will greet us with some basic cutlery. Oh yeah, and a bottle opener please.

Perfect location, very quiet. Super clean rooms and always hot water. Comfortable beds and bedding.

Shame for the TV reception which was very sporadic, otherwise would have been 10 out of 10.

. The room was really nice and clean, well presented and spacious.. The grounds and gardens were well maintained. I always notice and appreciate gardens being a looked after. The motel is set back from the road so it is nice and quiet. We were arriving a little late but the staff were very obliging in making sure that our arrival was easy for us.
