It was a nice room, a little dated but very clean. The shower screen felt like it was going to fall off at any minute but over all it was a great room, handy to the town centre and very quiet.

if I had to say something it would be the shower screen needed to be fixed. I felt the main pub across the road was not very inviting - we didn't feel comfortable enough to go have a beer in there.

Great location in the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable, The bathroom, which had been renovated recently, had a walk in shower and a large rainfall showerhead, giving it a very contemporary feel.

Our room was located on the first level, which was accessed by a caged stairwell. This made it awkward to get bags and personal items to the room. Not sure why the property had caged access but it did not lend a welcoming feel to the otherwise decent accommodation. Room was a bit pricey for what was offered.

The room was great, the shower was great, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom seemed to have been updated/renovated recently. There was a nice big TV and TV reception was great.

At one powered had to turn the aircon off as it was drawing cigarette smoke in from outside our room. Some of the cutlery hadn’t been washed. That was easy to fix. Other than that everything was fine.

the rooms have been recently renovated, which means new bathroom, walk in shower, new bedroom, new furniture, new everything. Gone is the standard 1990's facilities that seem to plague Queensland holiday accommodation.

Great central location. Within walking distance to main street, shops, cafes and pubs

We could hear the adjoining pub pokies music/noise until quite late which seem to permeate through the adjoining wall.

Great value! Was doing a lot of highway travel. Had stayed at a number of motels which were completely overpriced compared to this one! It’s comfortable, clean, friendly and has everything you need.

No dislikes. It’s not a new property buts it’s well built and clean.

Location, only 5 minutes from railway & next to main street.

Booking.com says its on Eagle St when it is part of the Commercial Hotel on Swan Street.

I didn’t have breakfast. Walking distance around town and to the bus stop which was the main reason I was in Longreach.

I was put into an upstairs room. Being older person I can’t climb stairs with my luggage.

My sister and are elderly and we found the location ideal, staff very helpful, the facilities neat and clean. We’d heard it was noisy BUT when the location is in town it was only traffic noise. We’d stay there again. We felt very safe, because we’d travelled by bus we were close to eateries, the centre of town and our tours. I wish the management all the best. Thank you so much.

We noticed that the hotel/ motel is being upgraded. The shower still needed to be upgraded in our unit.
