excellent facilities, great for the kids with the pools, free arcade games, kids club, and plenty of bikes and sport equipment to hire, super clean, very friendly staff, fantastic food and reasonably priced, brilliant cocktails, I could go on and on

that I couldn’t live there

A fantastic place to stay with extended family. We were able to have a spacious self-contained unit each, but still all close enough to be able to hang out. Having access to the lagoon pools, as well as our own plunge pools and jacuzzis, plus the games room & 'juggling ball centre' (aka soft play room) made our stay a brilliant one with young kids. The restaurant was also the perfect option at the end of a long day when we wanted to eat good food but get the kids tucked up in bed soon after.

Would love if the multi-story rooms had access to baby gates as we have purchased one on both of our visits. This would ensure our kids are safe, and allow us to switch off from watching my mountain goat one year old son! I imagine plenty of families are in the same position, and most are just relocating furniture and making do.

Very child friendly accomodation, staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the games room as all games were free. Everything we needed for smooth family vacation was at our disposal. Food and drinks was reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast amazing and free for kids is a huge bonus! We ate at the hotel every day

The sofa bed that was provided- we wished it would compress easily as we didn’t have a sofa to sit on and took a lot of space in our living area.

The staff were amazing and every interaction was with a smile. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and always replenished quickly. Pizzas were excellent. The resort was super clean and an easy place to be with young teens who swam, visited the games room, played tennis and basketball and could get the shuttle to the beach.

Our 3 bedroom townhouse was on the shaded side of the duplex and felt a little dark downstairs. While we had two balconies they unfortunately didn't get direct sun and the rooftop spa wasn't terribly inviting. Another time I'd ask about a better positioned townhouse for natural light.

Great family holiday location! We have a 1-year-old and this was our first family holiday. The soft play area and the heated spa meant there was plenty for our little girl- plus so much nearby at Noosa Heads and Noosaville. Bar and restaurant are also nice. Our apartment was great! The grounds are beautiful!

I think just the cost for 2 bedroom compared to staying in Noosaville is obviously a lot but the facilities I feel like made it worth it for us.

Beautiful resort, the facilities and the service is as good as it gets for what you pay. Perfect place for a family to stay and for friend groups, there’s something for everyone. The staff were top tier with their service throughout our stay and we always felt accommodated everywhere we went.

The only small issue we had was the air conditioning turned off over night and it couldn’t be put on a continuous cycle. For 28 degree nights the air conditioning is a must for us for a comfortable stay so I didn’t sleep well sadly.

Fabulous large 3 bed apartment, free tennis and basketball and games room and large pool. Restaurant was very good also. All team members were very attentive and friendly. Our 3 boys and ourselves has a great time.

The only thing that I didn’t like about our whole stay was the large number of non toilet trained babies/toddlers using the spa. I felt that this was extremely unhygienic. On the one occasion I used the spa i was surrounded by parents with babies in swim napped and felt like I might be swimming in urine. spas are also not recommended for under 2’s for health and safety reasons

An incredible family resort! We stayed in a one bedroom and my son 4yo slept on the sofa. They didn’t charge us any extra for this. It was extremely clean and serviced every day. The facilities at the resort were exceptional. Again very clean - awesome buffet breakfast - tip pre book and it’s cheaper. The pools were fantastic and life vests for kids were even available for free. My son also loved the games room where all the games were free - it’s not just 1 or 2 arcade games but a whole room full! We also enjoyed a massage at the spa - probably one of the best I’ve had ever. Honestly I could not be more happy with our stay and we have already decided to go back again.

I think the mattresses are getting old and need replacing. I could feel the springs and my body was sore most mornings. They have obviously tried to compensate with mattress toppers but even these are not making the bed feel luxurious as you would expect at an RACV resort.

The pool and the games room were absolute highlights for our family. While kids were busy splashing in the pools, we loved grabbing a drink through pool side service. Also tried our hands on the tennis courts on one of the days. The lagoon view rooms are perfect, couldn't fault them. Kids loved seeing the ducks just outside the window. We were there to celebrate a milestone birthday and were greeted with a birthday card, balloons and a bottle of wine upon arrival. The shuttle to the town is quite convenient too. Overall had a great time, would love to be back!

Nothing to do with the property Very confused about the charges. I booked three apartments for my family Two one bedroom apartments and one two bedroom apartment I was charged $366.00 per night for one apartment and about $420.00 per night for the other being a five night stay. Please explain why a different cost for the same dates? I also booked a two bedroom apartment I was also disappointed that with a large booking breakfasts were not included.
